क्या प्रधानमंत्री नेतन्याहू को सत्ता से बाहर होने का खतरा: बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू के विरोधियों के बीच गठबंधन सरकार बनाने को लेकर सहमति
इज़राइल के विपक्षी नेता येर लापिद ने प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू को सत्ता से बाहर करने और गठबंधन सरकार बनाने की तैयारी कर ली है। येश अतीद पार्टी के नेता याइर लापिद ने आठ पार्टियों के गठबंधन सरकार बनाने की घोषणा की।
एसएस न्यूज.यरूशलम। इज़राइल के विपक्षी नेता येर लापिद ने प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू को सत्ता से बाहर करने और गठबंधन सरकार बनाने की तैयारी कर ली है। येश अतीद पार्टी के नेता याइर लापिद ने आठ पार्टियों के गठबंधन सरकार बनाने की घोषणा की। नियमित आवर्तन (रोटेशन) की नीति के तहत यामिना पार्टी के नफ़्ताली बेनेट (49) पहले प्रधानमंत्री होंगे और उनके बाद लापिद देश के प्रधानमंत्री होंगे। लापिद (57) ने राष्ट्रपति रूवेन रिवलिन और ‘नेसेट’ के स्पीकर यारिव लेविन को बुधवार मध्यरात की समय सीमा खत्म होने से मात्र आधे घंटे पहले इस फैसले की जानकारी दी।
उन्होंने बताया कि पहले नफ़्ताली बेनेट प्रधानमंत्री पद का कार्यभार संभालेंगे। लापिद ने रूवेन ने कहा, ‘‘ बेसिक लॉ: द गवर्नमेंट के खंड 13(बी) के अनुसार, मैं आपको यह बताते हुए काफी गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूं कि मैं सरकार बनाने में सफल रहा हूं। सरकार बेसिक लॉ: द गवर्नमेंट के खंड 13(ए) के अनुसार एक वैकल्पिक सरकार होगी और एमके (नेसेट के सदस्य) नफ़्ताली बेनेट पहले प्रधानमंत्री पद का कार्यभार संभालेंगे।’’
येश अतीद पार्टी के नेता ने कहा, ‘‘ राष्ट्रपति महोदय, मैं आपको यह आश्वासन देना चाहता हूं कि यह सरकार इज़राइल के सभी नागरिकों की सेवा करने के लिए काम करेगी, जिसमें वे लोग भी शामिल हैं जो इसके सदस्य नहीं हैं, विरोध करने वालों का सम्मान करेंगे और इज़राइली समाज के सभी हिस्सों को एकजुट करने के लिए जो हो सकेगा वो करेंगे।’’
लापिद अभी विदेश मंत्री पद का कार्यभार संभालेंगे। सरकार के औपचारिक रूप से शपथ लेने से पहले संसद में मतदान होगा। येश अतीद के एक प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि लापिद ने ‘नेसेट’ के स्पीकर यारिव लेविन को भी राष्ट्रपति को भेजे संदेश की जानकारी दे दी है।
उन्होंने बताया कि उन्होंने स्पीकर से अपनी कानूनी जिम्मेदारी को पूरा करने और जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण विशेष सत्र बुलाने का अनुरोध किया है।लापिद के गठबंधन में, येश अतीद, कहोल लावन, लेबर, यामिना, न्यू होप, मेरेट्ज़ और यूनाइटेड अरब लिस्ट जैसे राजनीतिक दल शामिल होंगे।
इज़राइल के राष्ट्रपति ने लापिद को शुक्रिया अदा करते हुए कहा, ‘‘ मैं आपको और पार्टी प्रमुखों को सरकार गठन को लेकर बनी सहमति के लिए बधाई देता हूं। हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि सरकार की पुष्टि करने के लिए जल्द से जल्द ‘नेसेट’ का सत्र बुलाया जाए।’’
गौरतलब है कि देश में सरकार के साथ राष्ट्रपति भी बदलने जा रहे हैं। इज़राइली संसद ‘नेसेट’ में हुए गुप्त मतदान में अनुभवी नेता इसाक हर्जोग को देश के 11वें राष्ट्रपति के रूप में निर्वाचित किया गया है।
वह आधिकारिक रूप से राष्ट्रपति रिवलिन का स्थान लेंगे जो सात साल के कार्यकाल के बाद नौ जुलाई को कार्यभार छोड़ेंगे।
