खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने गुरुवार को कहा कि किसानों के उत्पादों को उचित कीमत दिला कर उनके जीवन स्तर में सुधार लाने के लिए देश में 10000 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से मिनी फूड पार्क की स्थापना की जाएगी।
एसएस न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने गुरुवार को कहा कि किसानों के उत्पादों को उचित कीमत दिला कर उनके जीवन स्तर में सुधार लाने के लिए देश में 10000 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से मिनी फूड पार्क की स्थापना की जाएगी।
तोमर ने छत्तीसगढ़ में एक मेगा फूड पार्क के उद्घाटन समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि देश में फलों और सब्जियों के प्रसंस्करण के लिए 41 मेगा फूड पार्क की स्थापना को मंजूरी दी गई है जिसमें से आज तक 23 मेगा फूड पार्क में उत्पादन शुरु हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि फलों एवं सब्जियों के प्रसंस्करण होने से किसानों को अपने उत्पादों को फेंकना नहीं पड़ेगा और उन्हें इसका बेहतर कीमत मिलेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक समय था जब कृषि सब्सिडी पर निर्भर था लेकिन अब वैसी स्थिति नहीं है। विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी कृषि बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर रहा है। केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों के संयुक्त प्रयासों से कृषि के क्षेत्र में व्यापक परिवर्तन हो सकता है और किसानों की स्थिति में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव लाया जा सकता है।
तोमर ने छत्तीसगढ़ की जमीन को उपजाऊ बताते हुए कहा कि इसे धान का कटोरा कहा जाता है लेकिन यहां के मेहनती किसानों ने फलों और सब्जियों की खेती पर भी ध्यान देना शुरु कर दिया है जिससे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव आना सुनिश्चित है।
छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि किसानों के उत्पादों को सही कीमत मिले इसके लिए खाद्य प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र जरुरी था। कई बार किसानों को बाजार का लाभ नहीं मिलता है और वे अपने उत्पादों को फेंक देते हैं जिससे उन्हें नुकसान उठाना पड़ता है। छत्तीसगढ़ की जमीन उपजाऊ है और यहां फलों एवं सब्जियों की भरपूर पैदावार होती है। राज्य में बेहतर रेल और सड़क संपर्क है और यह हवाई मार्ग से भी जुड़ा हुआ है।
खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग राज्य मंत्री रामेश्वर तेली ने कहा कि देश में छोटे-छोटे स्थानों पर दस हजार करोड़ रुपए की लागत से दो लाख माइक्रो फूड प्रोसेसिंग इकाई स्थापित करने की योजना है ताकि किसानों के उत्पादों का मूल्य संवर्धन किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में आधुनिक तकनीक से स्थापित प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र से 25000 किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा। इस इकाई में सालाना डेढ़ लाख टन फलों एवं सब्जियों का मूल्य संवर्धन किया जा सकेगा तथा प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रुप से दो हजार लोगों को रोजगार मिल सकेगा।
