मत्स्य पालन विभाग:मत्स्य पालन विभाग की योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएं बेरोजगार अनुसूचित जाति के युवा : रीटा
फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि जिला में मत्स्य विभाग की तरफ से स्वरोजगार स्थापित करने के लिए अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों के लिए कई लाभकारी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है। यह लाभकारी योजनाएं सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार मत्स्य विभाग के माध्यम से क्रियान्वित की जा रही है।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि जिला में मत्स्य विभाग की तरफ से स्वरोजगार स्थापित करने के लिए अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों के लिए कई लाभकारी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है। यह लाभकारी योजनाएं सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार मत्स्य विभाग के माध्यम से क्रियान्वित की जा रही है। मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों को रोजगार उपलब्ध करवाने के अवसर बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं। बेरोजगारों को रोजगार प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ उन्हें आर्थिक तौर पर मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा अनुदान राशि भी मुहैया करवाई जा रही है। इन योजनाओं के सही क्रियान्वयन के लिए बेरोजगार युवक व युवतियों को प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाता है। इस दौरान उन्हें प्रशिक्षण भता भी मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा मुहैया करवाया जाता है।
तालाब में मछली पालन काकर सकते रोजगार
जिला मत्स्य अधिकारी रीटा ने इस बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि जिला फरीदाबाद में मत्स्य पालन विभाग द्वारा अनुसूचित जाति के बेरोजगार लोगों के लिए रोजगार चलाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया जाता है। 10 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में एक ₹100 रुपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से धनराशि तथा ₹100 रुपये किराए के रूप में मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा बेरोजगार युवकों को किए जाएंगे। जिला मत्स्य अधिकारी रीटा ने आगे बताया कि जिला कि जिन ग्राम पंचायतों में 36 प्रतिशत आबादी अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों की है, उन ग्राम पंचायतों में प्रस्ताव पारित करके खंड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी के माध्यम से मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा शत-प्रतिशत धनराशि तालाबों के सुधार के लिए प्रदान की जाती है। उस गांव के बेरोजगार युवक ग्राम पंचायत में बोली देकर तालाब में मछली पालन का रोजगार कर सकते हैं।
इस रोजगार पर मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा प्रथम वर्ष के पट्टे, खाद और मछलियों की खुराक पर अनुदान राशि भी प्रदान की जाती है। इसी कड़ी में उन्होंने आगे बताया कि मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा बेरोजगारों को मछली पकड़ने के लिए जाल की खरीदने पर 50 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी प्रदान की जाती है और जो बेरोजगार मछलियों की बिक्री के लिए ऑटो रिक्शा खरीदता है उसे विभाग 60 प्रतिशत धनराशि अनुदान स्वरूप प्रदान करती है। इसके अलावा मत्स्य विभाग द्वारा स्थापित मछलियों मंडियों में दुकानों के किराए तथा अन्य सुविधाओं पर वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।
