ब्लैक फंगस : ब्लैक फंगस लाईलाज बीमारी नहीं – डॉ. रणदीप पूनिया
मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाँ रणदीप पूनियां ने कहा कि ब्लैक फंगस लाईलाज बीमारी नहीं है।इसका ईलाज सम्भव है। यह नई बीमारी नही है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो लोग कोरोना पोजिटिव होने पर यह बीमारी उस मरीज को जल्द ही अपनी चपेट में ले लेती है।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाँ रणदीप पूनियां ने कहा कि ब्लैक फंगस लाईलाज बीमारी नहीं है।इसका ईलाज सम्भव है। यह नई बीमारी नही है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो लोग कोरोना पोजिटिव होने पर यह बीमारी उस मरीज को जल्द ही अपनी चपेट में ले लेती है। इसके अलावा जिन लोगों का स्वस्थ कमजोर है और जो व्यक्ति मधुमेह, स्टेरॉयड थेरेपी, कोविड -19 के मामले वाले लोग ब्लैक फंगस बीमारी की चपेट में आ जाते हैं। डाँ रणदीप पूनियां ने कहा कि ब्लैक फंगस बीमारी का थोड़ी सी सावधानी बरतने से ही इसका आसानी से बचाव सम्भव है।
यह नई बीमारी नहीं है, इसका ईलाज सम्भव
उन्होंने आम जनता से अपील करते हुए कहा कि इस बीमारी से घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है बल्कि इसके बचाव के लिए नियमों की पालना बहुत जरुरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि वैक्शीनेशन के बाद भी सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किए कोरोना बचाव मापदंडों की पालना करें। एक दुसरे व्यक्ति से दो गज सामाजिक दूरी बनाकर रखें। अपने मूहँ पर मास्क लगाकर रखें। अपने घरों में ही रहे। जरूरी कार्य से ही घर से बाहर निकले और अपने हाथों को बार-बार साबुन से धोते रहे या सनेटाइजर करते रहे।
वर्तमान में 19 मरीज
ईएसआईसी के रजिस्ट्रार डाँ अनिल पाण्डेय ने बताया कि में वर्तमान में ब्लैक फंगस बीमारी के कुल मरीज 23 मेडिकल संस्थान में उपचाराधीन है। इनमें से ईएसआईसी के चिकित्सकों द्वारा 14 उपचाराधीन मरीजों की सर्जरी मेडिकल कॉलेज में और 24 लोगों की सर्जरी अन्य प्राईवेट अस्पतालों मे की गई है। जो कि अब स्वास्थ्य के सुधार होने पर अच्छा फील कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि मेडिकल संस्थान में एम्फोटेरिसिन बी की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता के तहत वर्तमान में 19 मरीज इसे प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
एम्फोटेरिसिन बी देने का मानदंड किडनी फंक्शन टेस्ट और सीरम कैल्शियम स्तर पर निर्भर करता है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब ईएसआईसी ने मामलों का जल्द पता लगाना शुरू कर दिया है ताकि तुरंत इलाज शुरू किया जा सके। डाँ अनिल पाण्डेय ने बताया कि जिन लोगों का स्वस्थ कमजोर है और जो व्यक्ति मधुमेह, स्टेरॉयड थेरेपी, कोविड -19 के मामले, इम्यूनोसप्रेसिव उपचार कर रहे हैं। वे
