चंडीगढ़/जीजेडी न्यूज: पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने पेट्रोल-डीजल के लगातार बढ़ते रेट, बिजली की महंगी दरों, खाद के रेट में बढ़ोतरी, रिकॉर्ड बेरोजगारी, बढ़ती गरीबी और बेकाबू भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दों को लेकर सरकार की नीतियों पर सवाल उठाए हैं। हुड्डा आज चंडीगढ़ आवास पर पत्रकारों को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने सबसे पहले चंडीगढ़ को लेकर छिड़े विवाद पर कहा कि पंजाब-हरियाणा के बीच राजधानी, हिंदी भाषी क्षेत्र और एसवाईएल के पानी को लेकर विवाद है। हमारी प्राथमिकता है कि सबसे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के मुताबिक हरियाणा को एसवाईएल का पानी मिले, बाकी मुद्दे उसके बाद आते हैं। इसलिए कांग्रेस ने सरकार में रहते हुए और विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में हरियाणा का पक्ष मजबूती से रखा। विपक्ष ने मुख्यमंत्री से मांग की है कि वह प्रधानमंत्री से मुलाकात के लिए समय लें ताकि केंद्र सरकार के सामने हरियाणा के अधिकारों की पैरवी की जा सके।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने प्रदेश के सामने खड़ी अन्य चुनौतियों का भी जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि पेट्रोल-डीजल के रेट में कभी 35 पैसे तो कभी 80 पैसे की बढ़ोत्तरी की जा रही है। ऐसा लग रहा है मानो सरकार तेल के रेट के साथ 35 और 80 का पहाड़ा पढ़ रही है। हरियाणा में कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान पड़ोसी राज्यों से सस्ता पेट्रोल-डीजल मिलता था। बॉर्डर पर स्थित हर पेट्रोल पंप पर सबसे सस्ते तेल के बोर्ड लगे होते थे। लेकिन, अब इसके उलट वैट की दरें ज्यादा होने की वजह से हरियाणा में पड़ोसी राज्यों के मुकाबले महंगा तेल मिलता है। इसलिए हरियाणा के लोगों को पड़ोसी राज्यों के मुकाबले ज्यादा महंगा तेल खरीदना पड़ता है।
इतना ही नहीं, सरकार ने डीएपी खाद के रेट को 1200 से बढ़ाकर 1350 रुपये कर दिया है। इसके अलावा बिजली की दरों में बढ़ोतरी करके हरियाणा सरकार ने प्रदेश की जनता पर एक और चोट मारने का काम किया है। सरकार प्रदेश में स्थित पावर प्लांट के उत्पादन को कम कर रही है और बाहर से महंगी बिजली खरीद कर जनता पर महंगाई का बोझ डाल रही है। इसलिए भविष्य में कांग्रेस सरकार बनने पर जनता को महँगी बिजली से राहत देने के लिए गरीब परिवारों को मुफ्त बिजली और मध्यम वर्ग को किफायती रेट पर बिजली मुहैया करवाई जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने दो और फैसलों के जरिए गरीब जनता पर प्रहार किया है। पहला, गरीब परिवारों के बच्चों को निजी स्कूलों में एडमिशन दिलवाने वाले नियम 134ए को सरकार ने खत्म कर दिया है। यानी अब बड़े निजी स्कूलों में गरीब परिवारों के बच्चे शिक्षा हासिल नहीं कर पाएंगे। दूसरा, HSVP (HUDA) के प्लॉट के लिए ड्रॉ की प्रक्रिया को खत्म करके नीलामी की प्रक्रिया को अपनाया गया है। इस फैसले से गरीब व मध्यम वर्गीय परिवारों का सेक्टर्स में प्लॉट खरीदना लगभग नामुमकिन हो जाएगा।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार की जनविरोधी नीतियों की वजह से आज नीति आयोग की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक हरियाणा में 11.6% यानी करीब 30 लाख लोग गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं। सीएमआईई के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक सबसे ज्यादा 26.7 प्रतिशत बेरोजगारी दर के साथ हरियाणा एक बार फिर पूरे देश में टॉप पर है। प्रदेश की 95 लाख वर्कफोर्स में से 22 लाख लोग बेरोजगार हैं। स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा व अन्य सरकारी सेवाओं की तरफ भी सरकार का कोई ध्यान नहीं है। इसके चलते अस्पतालों में डॉक्टर्स, स्कूलों में टीचर्स और सरकारी दफ्तरों में कर्मचारियों का टोटा है।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि गठबंधन सरकार के रवैये की वजह से प्रदेश में भ्रष्टाचार बेकाबू हो चुका है। खनन, शराब, रजिस्ट्री और भर्ती जैसे अनगिनत घोटालों को अंजाम दिया जा रहा है। लेकिन, सरकार सीबीआई जांच से भाग रही है। अगर सरकार पाक-साफ है तो वह उच्च स्तरीय जांच का सामना क्यों नहीं कर रही? आखिर सरकार किसे बचाना चाहती है?
हुड्डा ने कहा कि किसान, मजदूर, गरीब, व्यापारी और कर्मचारी समेत हर वर्ग सरकार से नाराज है। रिक्त पदों को भरने के बजाय सरकार लगातार कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकालने का काम कर रही है। कोरोना काल के दौरान अपनी जान पर खेलकर लोगों की जान बचाने वाले 2200 स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया है। इनको प्रोत्साहन और दोगुनी सैलरी देने की बजाय सरकार ने इन कच्चे कर्मचारियों की रोजी-रोटी छीनने का काम किया है। वहीं, पक्के कर्मचारियों को भी पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम का लाभ देने से सरकार ने इंकार कर दिया है। भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने दोहराया कि भविष्य में कांग्रेस सरकार बनने पर कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम का लाभ दिया जाएगा।
