मुंबई: महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने मंगलवार को कहा कि “जोखिम में” देशों से आने वाले सभी अंतरराष्ट्रीय यात्रियों को सात दिनों के लिए अनिवार्य क्वारंटीन से गुजरना होगा। अन्य यात्रियों को आरटी-पीसीआर परीक्षण से गुजरना होगा। महाराष्ट्र स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा कोविड-19 के ओमिक्रॉन संस्करण के सुर्खियों में आने के बाद यह कदम उठाया जा रहा है।

जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार डीसीपी इमिग्रेशन और एफआरआरओ अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों में आने वाले सभी यात्रियों की जानकारी उन देशों से एकत्र की जाएगी, जहां उन्होंने पिछले 15 दिनों में यात्रा की है और फिर उस जानकारी की भी क्रॉस-चेकिंग की जाएगी। इस दौरान अगर कोई यात्री गलत जानकारी देता है तो उसके खिलाफ आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी.
सभी यात्रियों के एयरपोर्ट पर अनिवार्य आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट किए जाएंगे। जो यात्री पॉजिटिव पाए जाएंगे उन्हें तुरंत अस्पताल में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा। घरेलू यात्रियों के लिए, उड़ान से 48 घंटे पहले एक नकारात्मक आरटी-पीसीआर रिपोर्ट की आवश्यकता होती है।
