चैंबर अलॉटमेंट पर रोक के लिए हाईकोर्ट में याचिका पर सुनवाई के बाद चैंबर पोजेशन हैंडओवर करने पर लगाई रोक

पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट में अधिवक्ताओं को गन्नौर में चैंबर अलॉटमैंट मामले को लेकर एक और याचिका दाखिल की चुकी गई। गन्नौर बार एसोसिएशन के अधिवक्ता अशोक सैनी व अन्य ने ही चैंबर अलॉटमेंट में नियमों की अवेहलना होने की आरोप लगाते हुए अधिवक्ता विकास लोहचब के माध्यम से याचिका दाखिल करवाई। मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने अधिवक्ताओं को चैंबर पोजेशन हैंडओवर करने पर रोक लगा दी है।

हाईकोर्ट अधिवक्ता विकास लोहचब ने बताया कि अधिवक्ता अशोक सैनी व अन्य द्वारा हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल की गई याचिका में कहा गया है कि गन्नौर बार एसोसिएशन द्वारा 63 चैंबर का निर्माण किया गया था। चैंबर निर्माण के बाद गठित की गई कंस्ट्रक्शन कमेटी को गन्नौर बार एसोसिएशन द्वारा भंग कर दिया गया था। याचिका में चैंबर ड्रा के माध्यम से अलॉट न करने, नियमों की अनदेखी करने, रूपयों का दुरूपयोग करने व डबल चैंबर अलॉट करने सहित कई अन्य गड़बड़ियों का भी हवाला दिया गया है। हाईकोर्ट न्यायमूर्ति निर्मलजीत कौर ने मामले की सुनवाई करने के बाद अधिवक्ताओं को चैंबर पोजेशन हैंडओवर करने पर रोक लगा दी। हाईकार्ट की ओर से बिल्डिंग कमेटी हरियाणा सरकार, गन्नौर बार एसोसिएशन सहित 10 व्यक्तियों से जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा है।
मामले में अब तक दो हाईकोर्ट में व एक गन्नौर कोर्ट में याचिकाएं लग चुकी हैं। स्थानीय अदालत भी अलॉटमेंट पर रोक लगा चुकी है। हाईकोर्ट में दायर की गई पहली याचिका में सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने बिल्डिंग कमेटी, हरियाणा सरकार, बार एसोसिएशन गन्नौर, कंस्ट्रक्शन कमेटी को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब दाखिल करने के आदेश जारी किया है। स्थानीय अदालत द्वारा भी मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए अधिवक्ताओं को चैंबर अलॉटमेंट व अलॉट किए जा चुके चैंबर में परिवर्तन व सुधार किए जाने पर रोक लगा चुकी है।
