सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाएं:उद्यान विभाग की योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएं सभी किसान : उपायुक्त यशपाल
फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि जिला में सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन के लिए अलग-अलग विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा उनके विभागों से संबंधित योजना और परियोजनाओं का क्रियान्वन सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार सही तरीके से करवाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि जिला में सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन के लिए अलग-अलग विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा उनके विभागों से संबंधित योजना और परियोजनाओं का क्रियान्वन सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार सही तरीके से करवाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। जिस विभाग की जो भी जिम्मेदारी सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित की गई है। उसको सही रूप से क्रियान्वित करने का प्रयास जिला में करवाया जा रहा है।
किसानों को बाग लगाने पर अनुदान राशि प्रदान की
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि जिला में उद्यान विभाग द्वारा किसानों को बाग लगाने पर अनुदान राशि प्रदान की जा रही है। खेतों में बागवानी करने के लिए सरकार के उद्यान विभाग द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार किसानों को बाग लगाना होगा जिस पर उद्यान विभाग द्वारा 50 प्रतिशत धनराशि किसानों को अनुदान स्वरूप प्रदान की जाती है। उन्होंने बताया कि मशरूम व मशरूम उत्पादन इकाई, कम्पोस्ट बनाने की इकाई, स्पॉन यूनिट, पुष्प, ढीले फूल, बल्ब फूल, संरक्षित संरचना के तहत उगाई जाने वाली सब्जियां, एकीकृत कटाई उपरांत प्रबंधन, पैक हाउस, कम लागत वाला प्याज भंडारण, फसल समूह को बढ़ावा देने वाली सब्जी की खेती और सब्जी फसलों में बांस का ढेर, सब्जी फसलों में एमएस आयरन स्टैकिंग, प्लास्टिक सुरंग, प्लास्टिक मल्चिंग स्ट्रॉबेरी के लिए, पैकिंग सामग्री के लिए भी अनुदान राशि प्रदान की जा रही है। जिला उद्यान अधिकारी डॉ. रमेश सिंह ने उद्यान विभाग की विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि जिला में अमरूद के 10 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में बागवानी करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा 3 लाख रुपये धनराशि अनुदान के लिए निर्धारित की गई है।
3 वर्षों तक यह धनराशि किसानों को प्रदान की जाती है
बाग के रखरखाव के लिए 3 वर्षों तक यह धनराशि किसानों को प्रदान की जाती है। प्रथम वर्ष में किसान को 60 परसेंट अनुदान राशि दी जाती है। द्वितीय वर्ष में 20 परसेंट और तृतीय वर्ष में भी 20 परसेंट धन राशि अनुदान स्वरूप किसानों को प्रदान की जाती है। जिला में अमरूद की बागवानी के लिए 10 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र, कीनू के बाग के लिए 10 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र और बेर के बाग के लिए 5 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र उद्यान विभाग द्वारा चालू वित्त वर्ष में लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि अमरूद के 10 हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र के लिए ₹3 लाख की धनराशि, कीनू के बाग लगाने के लिए 10 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र के लिए ₹3 लाख की धनराशि और बेर के 5 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र के लिए ₹65625 की धनराशि सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित की गई है। इस प्रकार बागवानी के लिए कुल 25 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र के लिए अमरूद, कीनू और बेर के लिए ₹6 लाख 65625 रूपये की धनराशि सरकार द्वारा अनुदान स्वरूप देने के लिए निर्धारित की गई है। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि जिला में प्रथम किस्त के अमरूद के बाग के लिए 5 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र के ₹50 हजार की धनराशि और कीनू के बागवानी की 6 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र की ₹60 हजार की धनराशि अनुदान स्वरुप किसानों को दी गई है। इस प्रकार कुल 11 हेक्टेयर अमरुद व कीनू की बागवानी की पहली किस्त के ₹1 लाख 10 हजार रुपये की धनराशि किसानों को अनुदान स्वरूप प्रदान की गई है।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि इसी प्रकार अमरुद के द्वितीय वर्ष के अनुदान स्वरूप 5 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र की 19 हजार 150 रूपये की धनराशि, कीनू के 5 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र की बागवानी के लिए ₹20 हजार की धनराशि किसानों को अनुदान स्वरूप प्रदान की गई है।
