उपायुक्त ने गांव बली कुतुबपुर में गांव के पर्यावरण मित्रों द्वारा तैयार किए गए दादा उदे आला गौ चरान पांच एकड़ भूमि में जिला के आठवें एवं प्रदेश के नौवें ऑक्सीजन बाग में बड़ व पीपल का पौधा लगाकर शुरूआत की। इस ऑक्सीजन बाग में युवाओं द्वारा विभिन्न प्रजातियों के लगभग 500 पौधे रोपित किए गए।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि हमारे पूर्वज बाल्य अवस्था से ही विशेषकर बरसात के मौसम में ढेर सारे बड़, पीपल, नीम, परिजात, गुल्लर सहित अन्य प्राकृतिक औषधीय पौधों को खेल-खेल में लगा दिया करते थे। प्रशासन द्वारा 1950 नम्बर आम जन के जारी किया है। महामारी से बचने एवं इससे संबंधित कोई भी समस्या के बारे जानकारी ले और दे सकते है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हम जीव जन्तु एवं पशुओं को आवारा बताकर शहरों में देखते है ये उन जीव जन्तू एवं पशुओं का कसूर नहीं है बल्कि प्रकृति की गोद में निस्वार्थ भाव से जीवन यापन करने वाले यह सभी इसलिए बस्ती क्षेत्र में भागे कि क्योंकि वनों का क्षेत्र दिन प्रतिदिन कम होता चला गया। इसका पूर्ण रूप से दोषी मानव जाति ही है। सोनीपत बाईसाईकिल क्लब के आनंद कुमार एवं इनकी टीम ने सहयोग किया।
गांव के मंदिर में ग्रामीणों द्वारा उपायुक्त के समक्ष मांग रखी गई कि गांव बली में बिजली के तार काफी पुराने हो चुके है और ढीले पडे हुए है। तारों को बदलवाया जाए तथा खींचकर कसवाया जाए। उपमंडल अधिकारी नागरिक गन्नौर को मौके पर आदेश दिए कि वे गांव की समस्या का शीघ्र समाधान करें और उन्हें इसकी रिपोर्ट भेजें। गांव की सरपंच सुमन के पति देवेन्द्र सरोहा एवं नफे सिंह ने उपायुक्त को शाल भेंट किया। अंडर ट्रेनी आईएएस सहायक कमिश्नर सलोनी शर्मा, एसडीएम गन्नौर सुरेन्द्र पाल, नगराधीश सोनीपत उदय सिंह, बीडीपीओ गन्नौर सहित ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
