जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी डा. रितु गिल के नेतृत्व में डरें नहीं-सहें नहीं के संदेश के साथ चाईल्ड हैल्पलाईन 1098 को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से जिला बाल संरक्षण कार्यालय के तत्वावधान में निजी वाहनों पर स्टिकर लगाने का अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का शुभारंभ रैडक्रॉस सोसायटी रोड पर खड़ी रहने वाली पीसीआर पर स्टिकर लगाते हुए किया गया।

डीसीपीओ डा. रितु गिल व जिला बाल कल्याण अधिकारी सुरेखा हुड्डा और बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी ममता शर्मा ने कड़ी धूप में खड़े रहकर हवलदार विशाल के विशेष सहयोग से सोमवार को रैडक्रॉस रोड से गुजरने वाले आम लोगों के निजी वाहनों पर प्रचार स्टिकर लगाये। ममता शर्मा ने कहा कि चाईल्ड हैल्पलाईन नंबर पर बच्चों को हर प्रकार की सहायता उपलब्ध करवाई जाती है। किसी भी प्रकार के शोषण के विरूद्ध हैल्पलाईन नंबर पर शिकायत दी जा सकती है, जिस पर तुरंत प्रभाव से कार्रवाई की जाती है। जिला बाल कल्याण अधिकारी सुरेखा हुड्डा ने कहा कि उनका विभाग इस मुहिम में कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर काम करने को तैयार है। जिला बाल संरक्षण कार्यालय को हर संभव सहयोग दिया जाएगा ताकि यह अभियान सफलता हासिल कर सके। उन्होंने कहा कि आम जनमानस को भी चाहिए कि वे हैल्पलाईन नंबर का अधिकाधिक प्रचार-प्रसार करें। इस अवसर पर जिला बाल कल्याण अधिकारी कार्यालय के एपीओ धर्मपाल तथा पीओ संदीप आदि भी मौजूद थे।
