एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद में कोरोना संक्रमण के बाद मरीजों की मानसिक स्थिति को मजबूत करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा हैल्पलाइन नंबर शुरू किया है। इस हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर जिला के नागरिक फोन कर मेंटल हैल्थ एक्सपर्ट्स से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परामर्श लेकर स्वास्थ्य लाभ उठा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही अगर उन्हें कोई स्वास्थ्य संबंधी दिक्कत है तो इसके लिए भी वह इस हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर एक्सपोर्ट चिकित्सकों से सलाह भी ले सकते हैं।
कोरोनावायरस से हमें डरना नहीं है
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि कोरोना संक्रमण के इस दौर का नकारात्मक प्रभाव व्यक्ति को जितना शारीरिक तौर पर पड़ रहा है उतना ही दुष्प्रभाव व्यक्ति की मानसिक स्थिति पर भी देखा जा रहे है। कोरोना संक्रमण से ठीक होने में व्यक्ति की सोच और मानसिक स्थिति का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है। कई मरीज तो ठीक होने के उपरांत भी इस बीमारी से उबर नहीं पा रहे हैं । फरीदाबाद जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बार- बार यह आग्रह किया जा रहा है कि कोरोनावायरस से हमें डरना नहीं है बल्कि इससे बचाव को लेकर आवश्यक सावधानियां बरतनी है। यदि फिर भी संक्रमित हो गए तो मानसिक स्थिति मजबूत रखते हुए चिकित्सकों के परामर्श से दवा इत्यादि लेकर कोरोना को मात देनी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों में भय की स्थिति उत्पन्न ना हो, इसके लिए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा यह एक नई पहल की शुरुआत की गई है। इस अनूठी पहल के तहत मेंटल हेल्थ एक्सपर्ट्स द्वारा कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की काउंसलिंग की जाती है ताकि वे घबराए नहीं और उनका मानसिक संतुलन बना रहे, औऱ वे जल्द स्वस्थ हो जाएं। इस सुविधा का लाभ लेने के लिए कोई भी व्यक्ति जिला प्रशासन द्वारा शुरू किए गए टोल फ्री नंबर 1800 891 1008 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही मेंटल हेल्थ सपोर्ट के लिए 011-41219298 पर किसी भी समय संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
