ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लोगों को नशे से दूर रहने, गांव को स्वच्छ रखने, कोरोना वायरस से बचाव, पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखने, जल का बचाव करने जैसे सामाजिक मुद्दों को लेकर अब यूथ क्लब जन जागृति लाएंगे। इसके लिए प्रत्येक गांव में 10 से 15 युवकों को लेकर एक यूथ क्लब का गठन किया जाएगा। इन युवाओं की आयु 15 वर्ष से लेकर 29 वर्ष के बीच होगी। इन क्लबों को गठन करने का जिम्मा नेहरू युवा केन्द्र को सौंपा गया है।

एडीसी ने कहा कि हर गांव में यूथ क्लब बनाने की जिम्मेवार नेहरू युवा केन्द्र को दी है। इस कार्य में जिला खेल एवं युवा कार्यक्रम अधिकारी तथा खंड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी अपना योगदान देंगेे। सभी अधिकारी मिलकर प्रत्येक गांव में 10 से 15 युवकों का एक क्लब बनाएंगे। इस क्लब के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में युवा पीढी के साथ-साथ आम नगारिकों को सामाजिक कुरितियों को समाप्त करने के प्रति तथा समाज उत्थान के प्रति जागरूक किया जाएगा। इन युवाओं के माध्यम से लोगों को मास्क पहनने, सामाजिक दूरियां बनाएं रखने, ग्रामीण स्वच्छ मिशन को आगे बढाने, परिवार पहचान पत्र के तहत लोगों के पहचान पत्र बनवाने और अपडेट करने, नशे से दूर रहने, पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ बनाने, बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढाओं अभियान को सुदृढ बनाने जैसे कार्यों के प्रति जागरूक किया जाएगा। इस कार्य को निर्धारित समय अवधि में पूरा करने का प्रयास करना होगा और इस मामले में जरा सी भी लापरवाही सहन नहीं की जाएगी।
