जब मैंने इस काम की शुरुआत की तो मेरे पास सिर्फ दो आदमी थे। दो मशीन थी परिवार के 4 लोग लगे रहते थे हम लोग बहुत काम करते थे.

सवाल:- आप अपना नाम अपना परिचय हमारे दर्शकों को जरूर दें।
जवाब:- सबसे पहले तो मैं ज्ञान ज्योति दर्पण का स्वागत करता हूं। मेरा नाम सुरेश जैन है ,मैं पीतमपुरा दिल्ली में रहता हूं और मैं राष्ट्रसंत उपाध्याय डॉ गुप्ति सागर जी महाराज का परम भक्त हूं।
सवाल:- तो सुरेश जी आप बताइए कि जो आपका आज कारोबार है इसका सफर कैसा रहा है इसके बारे में दर्शकों को जरूर बताइए ताकि उन्हें कुछ सीखने को मिले जो बिजनेस कर रहे हैं?
जवाब:- सर जब मैं पढ़ कर निकला तो मेरे विचार में यह आया कि पहले मैं नौकरी कर लूं क्योंकि 1967 में मैं पढ़ कर आया हूं ।और उस समय पर इतना पैसा नहीं होता था लोगों के पास कि आप कोई व्यवसाय कर सकते हैं। कोई काम कर सकते हैं तो पहले गुरुकुल में पढ़ा हूं। मैं अपने जीवन में मैंने नौकरी करके कुछ सीखने की कोशिश की मेरे पिताजी रेलवे में ऑफिसर थे। उन्होंने मुझे एक बात कही थी कि अगर आप कुछ काम सीखेंगे तो ही आपका भला होगा। बस यही विचार मेरे मन में सन 1970 में आया तो मैंने काम करना शुरू किया मैंने अच्छी-अच्छी कंपनियों में काम किया एक्सपोर्ट इंपोर्ट में काम किया। आखिर में मुझे प्लास्टिक में काम करने का मौका मिला। उस समय जो मशीन आती थी ढाई ₹250 – 250 की दो मशीन आती थी। मैंने ₹500 से अपना कारोबार शुरू किया।
सवाल:- सुरेश जी आपने बताया कि आपने ₹500 से अपने कारोबार की शुरुआत की यह बताइए कि अब यह कारोबार कहां तक प्रगति कर रहा है पहले कितने वर्कर से आपने शुरुआत की आज कितने वर्कर आपके पास में काम कर रहे हैं?
जवाब:- जब मैंने इस काम की शुरुआत की तो मेरे पास सिर्फ दो आदमी थे। दो मशीन थी परिवार के 4 लोग लगे रहते थे हम लोग बहुत काम करते थे सुबह से शाम तक 12 घंटे का पता नहीं 14 घंटे का पता नहीं, बस काम करते थे। क्योंकि नौकरी छोड़ने के बाद मेरा एक ही लक्ष्य था कि मैं अपने इस काम को बढ़ाऊं मैंने अपने कारोबार को बढ़ाने के लिए बहुत मेहनत की और धीरे-धीरे यह काम बढ़ना शुरू हुआ। इस दौरान मेरे परिवार के लोगों से भी मुझे सहायता मिली इस कारोबार को बढ़ाने में और मेरा सदर बाजार में भी काफी अच्छा काम था। पहले जेल प्रोडक्ट के नाम से एक आइटम आती थी वह दिवाली वगैरह के लिए सब तरह की है प्रोडक्ट बनाए जाते थे। उसके बाद मैंने अपने कारोबार को बदल दिया। क्योंकि मार्केट में काम की वैल्यू बदलने लगी। यह बातें साल 2000 की और उसके बाद में हमने इंडस्ट्री की ओर ध्यान देना शुरू कर दिया और अब हम कंपनी को डायरेक्ट अपना माल देते हैं और अपने कारोबार को चलाते हैं।
सवाल:- किस प्रकार की कंपनियों को किस प्रकार का आपका सामान जाता है इसके बारे में बताइए?
जवाब:- हमारे पास में बड़ी-बड़ी कंपनियां है जैसे सैमसंग है, एलजी है, वर्लपूल है, गोदरेज है, जगुआर है और मारुति उद्योग के कुछ पार्ट बनाते हैं। हमारी कोशिश यही रहती है कि हम काम को अच्छे से करें, साफ सुथरा करें, यही हमारी कोशिश रहती है।

सवाल:- सुरेश जी यह बताइए कि पहले के दौर में और आज के इस दौर में अब कारोबार में क्या अंतर महसूस कर रहे हैं क्या कुछ बदला है इस दौरान?
जवाब:– देखिए पहले में और आज के दौर में काफी अंतर आया है। कारोबार में क्योंकि पहले काम हाथों से होता था। अब मशीनी युग आ गया है। सारे काम मशीनों से होते जा रहे हैं। हाथ की कारीगरी खत्म होती जा रही है। पहले क्या होता था कि लोग काम को सीखने के लिए आते थे। उन्हें काम नहीं आता था तो हम यहां सीखाते थे। अब जो काम की खोज में आते हैं, वह पढ़े लिखे होते हैं, काम की समझ रखते हैं उन्हें सिखाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती। क्योंकि वह उस फील्ड के होते हैं उसके बाद जानकार होते हैं। इसमें बहुत अंतर आया है। लेकिन मेरी एक सोच रहती है कि अगर कोई नया बच्चा यहां पर आया है मेरे पास में तो बहुत उम्मीदें लेकर आया तो मैं उसे सिखाने की कोशिश करता हूं क्योंकि आज के जो जवान बच्चे हैं। वह कम सीखे हुए आते हैं पढ़ तो लेते हैं लेकिन जो उन्हें प्रैक्टिकल काम का अनुभव होना चाहिए वह नहीं होता तो वह हम सिखाने की कोशिश करते हैं।
सवाल:- जैन साहब आपने जिक्र युवाओं का किया तो आप इन देश के युवाओं को क्या संदेश देना चाहेंगे क्योंकि जब आपने काम की शुरुआत की थी तो आप भी एक युवा थे?
जवाब:- सबसे पहला मेरा संदेश मेरे देश के युवाओं को पूरे विश्व के युवाओं को एक ही है कि पहले जितना हो सके पढ़ें उसके बाद तीन-चार साल 5 साल कोई नौकरी जरूर करें इससे आपको अनुभव आएगा। आपको ज्ञान तो मिलेगा ही मिलेगा आपको बहुत कुछ सीखने को ज्यादा मिलेगा। आप अपनी सर्विस को अपना एक मंदिर समझ कर उसमें काम करें ,क्योंकि एक मंदिर का पुजारी जो उसे जिम्मेदारी दी गई है वह उसे पूरी लगन और मेहनत के साथ करता है। वैसे ही आपको अपनी नौकरी में अपने काम को पूरी जिम्मेदारी और पूरी इमानदारी से करना। यकीन मानिएगा इससे बड़ा सफलता का मंत्र कोई नहीं हो सकता यह मेरा व्यक्तिगत अनुभव है।
सवाल:- सुरेश जी एक सवाल जेहन में आ रहा है कि आपके साथ कारोबार में कभी ऐसा हुआ है कि बहुत बड़ी रुकावट आपकी कारोबार में आई है और जिससे आप को भरने में बहुत समय लगा हो क्या ऐसा कोई बाकी आपको याद आता है तो हमारे दर्शकों के साथ में सांझा जरूर करें ताकि उन्हें इससे सीखने को मिले?
जवाब:- सर परेशानियां रुकावटें जब आप काम करते हैं यह आती है, जिसमें आपकी पारिवारिक परेशानियां आ सकती हैं ,कभी ऐसी भी परेशानी आती है कि आपके पास पैसे की कमी आ गई है, कभी परेशानी माल की भी आती है, पर हमने एक चीज जो ठान रखी थी कि हमें यह करना है हम धीरे-धीरे आगे बढ़ते रहें। कभी हमने सोचा ही नहीं कि हम काम के मामले में पीछे रह जाएंगे क्योंकि हम एक सकारात्मक चिंतन के साथ आगे बढ़ रहे थे। क्योंकि हमारी सबसे बड़ी जो ताकत है वह है हमारी मेहनत क्योंकि मेहनत किए बगैर आप कभी सफल नहीं हो सकते।
सवाल:- अब इस पहलू को देखते हुए एक सवाल और मैं आपसे करना चाहूंगा कि आप के कारोबार के दौरान एक ऐसा खुशी का वह पल बताइए जो आपको हमेशा याद आता है जब भी खुशी का कोई मौका आता है तो आप उस पल को याद कर लेते हैं तो उसके बारे में जरूर बताइए?
जवाब:- खुशी का पल तो यह है कि दो मशीनों से शुरुआत की थी धीरे-धीरे काम बढ़ता गया। फिर उसके बाद मैंने एक और फैक्टरी लगाई आज बहुत अच्छा कारोबार है, बहुत अच्छा सेटअप है, और सबसे बड़ी बात जो मेरे यहां पर काम करने वाले लोग हैं, वह बहुत अच्छे हैं मुझे इस चीज की बेहद खुशी है और अब मैं हमारे जैन समाज के जो भी जितने भी मंदिर हैैं। उनको भी देखता हूं और मैं राष्ट्रसंत उपाध्याय डॉ गुप्ती सागर जी महाराज के सानिध्य में यह सब कर रहा हूं। मेरे जैन समाज में मेरे कारोबार में मेरे परिवार में इष्ट मित्र साथियों में मेरे परिवार का बहुत अच्छा नाम है।
सवाल:- सुरेश जी एक चीज बताइए कि कारोबार करते समय किन बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए हमें तीन ऐसे पॉइंट बताइए जिससे कि कारोबार में सफल हो सके?
जवाब:- सबसे पहला आप जिस से भी मिले उससे कभी सीधा कारोबार की बात ना करें। उसके साथ अपना आपसी तालमेल जरूर बढ़ाएं। जिससे उसका मन आपके साथ में तालमेल कर पाए उसके बाद कारोबार की बात करें। उससे पैसे की बात बात भी करें पहले उसे क्वालिटी दे, अपने प्रोडक्ट की कि कैसा अब माल बनाते हैं, जैसे ही आपका माल वह अप्रूव कर देता है। तो आपको अपने आप ही बोलेगा कि सर आपको पेमेंट कितनी करनी है लेकिन एक बात का ध्यान जरूर रखिएगा कभी कारोबार में धोखा मत कीजिएगा।
