लद्दाख में तनाव: भारत और चीन ने ‘चेतावनी के तौर पर’ 100-200 गोलियां दागीं : सूत्र

आज सूत्रों के हवाले से बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। सितंबर के शुरुआत के दिनों में पैंगॉन्ग झील के उत्तरी छोर पर भारत और चीन की तरफ से वॉर्निंग शॉट्स फायर किए गए थे। भारत-चीन के विदेश मंत्रियों की 10 सितंबर को मॉस्को में हुई बैठक से पहले लद्दाख में भारत और चीन के सैनिकों के बीच फायरिंग हुई थी। अंग्रेजी अखबार इंडियन एक्सप्रेस ने अपने सूत्रों के हवाले यह खबर दी है। इसके मुताबिक पूर्वी लद्दाख में पैंगॉन्ग सो झील के उत्तरी किनारे पर दोनों तरफ से 100 से 200 राउंड हवाई फायर किये गए थे। यह घटना रिजलाइन पर हुई थी, जहां फिंगर-3 और फिंगर-4 के इलाके आपस में मिलते हैं।
अगर हम रिपोर्ट की माने तो सितंबर के पहले हफ्ते में पैंगॉन्ग सो झील के उत्तरी और दक्षिणी किनारे पर काफी हलचल देखी गयी थी। कई बार फायरिंग भी हुई। तनाव अभी ज्यों का त्यों बना हुआ है। चुशूल सेक्टर में कई इलाको पर भारत और चीन के सैनिक एक-दूसरे से सिर्फ 300 मीटर की दूरी पर तैनात हैं। इस बीच दोनों देशों के आर्मी अफसरों के बीच फिर से बातचीत होनी है।
आज से पहले 7 सितंबर को भारत-चीन ने मुकपारी हाइट्स इलाके में फायरिंग की घटना पर अपना बयान जारी किया था। ये भी बताया गया कि LAC पर 45 साल के बाद गोलियां चली हैं। दोनों ने इसके लिए एक-दूसरे को जिम्मेदार बताया है। लेकिन, पैंगॉन्ग इलाके में फायरिंग को लेकर अभी तक कोई आधिकारिक बयान नहीं आया है।
5 दिन में 3 बार घुसपैठ की कोशिश
आपको बता दें कि चीन ने 5 दिन में 3 बार घुसपैठ की कोशिश की थी। 29-30 अगस्त की रात को चीन के सैनिकों ने पैंगॉन्ग झील के दक्षिणी किनारे की पहाड़ी पर कब्जे की कोशिश की थी, लेकिन भारतीय सेना के जवानों ने उसकी ये चाल नाकाम कर दी। उसके बाद आर्मी अफसरों की बातचीत का दौर शुरू हुआ, लेकिन चीन ने अगले 4 दिन में 2 बार फिर घुसपैठ करने की कोशिश की।
गौरतलब है कि शांति से सीमा विवाद को सुलझाने के लिए 10 सितंबर को मॉस्को में भारत-चीन के विदेश मंत्रियों की मीटिंग हुई थी। इसमें डिस-एंगेजमेंट सहित 5 पॉइंट्स पर रजामंदी बनी थी। लेकिन, चीन बार-बार अपनी बात से मुकर रहा है और विवादित इलाकों में लगातार अपनी मूवमेंट कर रहा है। भारत के रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने भी मंगलवार को संसद में कहा कि चीन ने LAC पर सैनिक और गोला-बारूद जमा कर रखे हैं, लेकिन भारत भी उसके तैयार है।
