मन्नत ग्रुप की सहायक कंपनी रूहल हॉस्पिटैलिटी सर्विस को यूपी के मुजफ्फरनगर में ढाबा खुलवाने का झांसा देकर दो करोड 18 लाख रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने का मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि राशि नकद लेने के साथ ही जमीन पर भवन का निर्माण भी करा लिया।
सोनीपत: मन्नत ग्रुप की सहायक कंपनी रूहल हॉस्पिटैलिटी सर्विस को यूपी के मुजफ्फरनगर में ढाबा खुलवाने का झांसा देकर दो करोड 18 लाख रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने का मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि राशि नकद लेने के साथ ही जमीन पर भवन का निर्माण भी करा लिया। मन्नत ग्रुप के कई चेक आरोपियों के पास फंसे हैं। कंपनी ने धोखाधड़ी का आरोप लगाकर एचबीएम हॉस्पिटैलिटी कंपनी के निदेशकों सहित छह लोगों पर मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। मुरथल थाना पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

मुरथल स्थित रूहल हॉस्पिटैलिटी सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के निदेशक वीरेंद्र सिंह ने एसपी सोनीपत को शिकायत दी थी कि उनका ग्रुप मन्नत हवेली व मन्नत ढाबा चलाता है। जुलाई, 2020 में उनकी मुलाकात में शमीम रजा व फ्लेमिंग विल्सन ने बताया कि एचबीएम हॉस्पिटैलिटी प्रा. लिमिटेड के नाम से कंपनी चलाते हैं। इस कंपनी के निदेशक मुस्तक अली व सबीना खान हैं। उनका परिवार यूपी के गांव भयांगी के नजदीक खतौली में अमीदा रिजॉट का मालिक है। उन्होंने उसे यूपी में भी ब्रांच खोलने के लिए झांसे में लिया और उस रिजॉर्ट को चलाने के लिए हर तरह का सहयोग देने का वादा किया।

वीरेंद्र का आरोप है कि वह उनके झांसे में आ गया और रिजॉर्ट खोलने के लिए तैयार हो गया। उसके लिए पहले साल में साढ़े पांच और दूसरे साल में छह लाख रुपया महीना का किराया तय किया। वीरेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि उनको किराए का एडवांस आरटीजीएस कराने के साथ ही एडवांस चेक दे दिए। उसके बाद डेढ़ करोड़ से ज्यादा रुपया निर्माण पर खर्च कर दिया गया। मुजफ्फरनगर प्रशासन की टीम ने निर्माण का निरीक्षण किया और एनओसी मांगी। एचबीएम हॉस्पिटैलिटी की ओर से एनओसी मांगी तो वह आनाकानी करने लगे। उसका करीब दो करोड़ 18 लाख रुपये का नुकसान हो चुका है। जब उसने पैसे वापस मांगे तो उसे धमकी दी गई। कई बार दोनों पक्षों में समझौते का प्रयास हुए, लेकिन न तो आरोपियों ने उसके चेक वापस किए और न उसके पैसे दे रहे हैं। एसपी को शिकायत दी।

मुरथल थाना पुलिस ने वीरेंद्र के बयान पर मुस्ताक अली, सबीना खान, दीपक कुमार, सीए अजय कुमार, समीम रजा, फ्लेमिंग विल्सन के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
मुरथल थाना प्रभारी, इंस्पेक्टर सुखबीर सिंह ने बताया कि मामले को लेकर एसपी कार्यालय से आई शिकायत के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। शिकायतकर्ता ने धनराशि देने के साक्ष्य उपलब्ध कराए हैं। उसके आधार पर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। जांच के आधार पर ठोस कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
