बराला ने डॉ मुखर्ज़ी की तस्वीर पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की और इसके बाद पीपल, नीम और बड़ यानी त्रिवेणी रोपण किया । उल्लेखनीय है कि डॉ मुखर्ज़ी को याद करते हुए प्रदेश बीजेपी की ओर से 23 जून से लेकर छह जुलाई तक वृक्षारोपण पखवाड़ा मनाया जायेगा इस दौरान करीब एक लाख वृक्ष लगाए जायेंगे।
