श्री मक्कड़ ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार का भी एक ही नारा है सबका साथ-सबका विकास-सबका विकास-सबकी सांझेदारी से ही एक अच्छे व विकसित समाज का निर्माण किया जा सकता है और यह तब तक सभंव नहीं है। सरकार ने दिव्यांगों के लिए योजनाएं चला रखी हैं, इसका लाभ उठाएं।

- सभी संस्थाएं सबसे पहले समाज में करें दिव्यांगजनों को खोजने का कार्य
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: दिव्यांग तथा सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग हरियाणा के राज्य आयुक्त राजकुमार मक्कड़ ने कहा कि कोई व्यक्ति अगर दिव्यांग पैदा होता है या बाद में दिव्यांग हो जाता है तो इसमें उस व्यक्ति को तो कोई कसूर नहीं होता। हमें दिव्यांगजनों के साथ मिलकर प्रयास करना है। एक दिव्यांग दिव्यांगता को भूलकर आगे बढ़े, विकसित समाज के निमाण में अपनी अहम भूमिका निभाए।
स्टेट कमिश्नर राजकुमार मक्कड़ ने रविवार को समदृष्टि, क्षमता विकास एवं अनुसंधान मंडल (सक्षम) द्वारा सक्षम भारत-समर्थ भारत के अंतर्गत आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि बोल रहे थे। श्री मक्कड़ ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार का भी एक ही नारा है सबका साथ-सबका विकास-सबका विकास-सबकी सांझेदारी से ही एक अच्छे व विकसित समाज का निर्माण किया जा सकता है और यह तब तक सभंव नहीं है। सरकार ने दिव्यांगों के लिए योजनाएं चला रखी हैं, इसका लाभ उठाएं। राज्य आयुक्त ने उपस्थित दिव्यांगजनों का स्वागत किया।
दिव्यांगों के लिए पैंशन योजना भी है। दिव्यांगों को उनके अधिकारों के साथ दी जाने वाली सुविधाओं की जानकारी देनी चाहिए। राज्य आयुक्त ने सक्षम संस्था के जिलाध्यक्ष संजय सिंगला व उनकी टीम का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि यह संस्था समय-समय टीकाकरण कैंप, रक्तदान शिविरों तथा दिव्यांगजनों को मुफ्त में उपकरण मुहैया करवाती रहती हैं। भारत सरकार द्वारा भी 2016 में दिव्यांग अधिकार अधिनियम पास किया गया है। दिव्यांगों को अपना रोजगार स्थापित करने के लिए बैंकों द्वारा भी कम ब्याज पर लोन मुहैया करवाया जा रहा है। पूर्व वाईस चेयरमैन रहे ललित बत्रा, संस्था के राष्ट्रीय सह-सचिव अभय परगाल, स्वामी विश्वनाथ, प्रांत अध्यक्ष नरेन्द्र बत्रा, अनिल राणा, शालू त्यागी, प्रवीण वर्मा, सतीश माथुर, वाईके त्यागी, दीपक शर्मा, सुरेश कालड़ा आदि समाजसेवी शामिल रहे।
