रविवार को राजीव जैन ने पूर्व पार्षद महेश लूथरा के साथ सेक्टर 12 के साथ बीएसएनएल की जमीन में डाली जा रही लाईन के बारे में ठेकेदार के कर्मचारियों सुपरवाईजर अशोक धीमान ने एक सप्ताह में काम पूरा करने का आश्वासन दिया और बताया अगसत माह के अंत तक बहालगढ़ रोड तक सीवरेज लाईन का कार्य पूरा कर दिया जायेगा।

भाजपा नेता ने बताया कि ड्रेन के साथ-साथ सीवरेज लाईन का कार्य पूरा होने और बड़ी लाइन में आसपास की कॉलोनियों का कनेक्शन होने के बाद सीवरेज की समस्या का स्थाई समाधान हो जायेगा। ड्रेन नंबर 6 को कवर करने का कार्य भी चल रहा है क्योंकि ओपन ड्रेन में लोग कूड़ा करकट भर देते हैं जिस कारण 12 फुट गहराई वाली ड्रेन चार पांच फुट गहरी रह गई है और ड्रेन में गंदे पानी का बहाव रुक जाता है। पूरी तरह ड्रेन कवर होने के बाद शहर की गंदगी खत्म हो जायेगी।
