सोनीपत नगर सुधार मंच के चेयरमैन संजय सिंगला, प्रधान मोहन सिंह मनोचा, उपप्रधान रविन्द्र सरोहा व प्रवीण वर्मा मंगलवार को निगम कार्यालय में ज्वाइन्ट कमिश्नर सुभाष जून से सोनीपत की सफाई व्यवस्था को ज्वाइन्ट कमिश्नर ने मौके पर ही सेनेट्री इंस्पेक्टर कृष्ण,जोगेंद्र व उमेश को मीटिंग में शामिल किया। शहर में चल रही सफाई व्यवस्था के बारे चर्चा की गई।

ज्वाइन्ट कमिश्नर ने समाज सेवी संस्थाओं से काठ मंडी और कच्चे क्वाटर की तर्ज पर शौचालय संभालने की अपील की, चेयरमैन संजय सिंगला ने सुझाव दिया कि अब वार्ड वाइज कमेटी बनाई जानी चाहिए जिसमें पार्षद व समाज सेवी संस्थाओं के लोगों को भी इस अभियान में जोड़ें तथा अब सभी समाज सेवी संस्थाओं के लोग अगर कही गंदगी या कूड़े का ढेर या सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर पोस्टर बैनर आदि देखेंगे तो निगम को तुरंत अवगत कराएंगेऔर अब मंच हर रविवार को एक महापुरुष के चौक को दोबारा से धोना शुरू करेंगे और शहर के मेन रोड पर सिथत डंपिंग स्टेशनों को शिफ्ट करने की कोशिश की जाएगी।
