नई दिल्ली: पिछले साल अप्रैल-जून में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में 24.4 फीसदी की गिरावट आई थी। राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालय (एनएसओ) द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 2020-21 की इसी जुलाई-सितंबर तिमाही में सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) में 7.4 प्रतिशत की कमी आई थी। सरकार ने पिछले साल COVID-19 महामारी की शुरुआत में देशव्यापी तालाबंदी लागू की थी।

एनएसओ के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में सकल मूल्य वर्धित (जीवीए) वृद्धि 2021-22 की दूसरी तिमाही में बढ़कर 5.5 प्रतिशत हो गई, जबकि एक साल पहले यह संकुचन 1.5 प्रतिशत थी। कृषि क्षेत्र की जीवीए वृद्धि पहले के 3 प्रतिशत की तुलना में 4.5 प्रतिशत अधिक थी। निर्माण क्षेत्र का जीवीए पहले के 7.2 प्रतिशत की गिरावट की तुलना में 7.5 प्रतिशत बढ़ा। खनन क्षेत्र में 6.5 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के मुकाबले 15.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई।
चालू वित्त वर्ष की दूसरी तिमाही में बिजली, गैस, जलापूर्ति और अन्य उपयोगिता सेवा खंड में 8.9 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई, जो एक साल पहले 2.3 प्रतिशत थी। इसी तरह, व्यापार, होटल, परिवहन, संचार और प्रसारण से जुड़ी सेवाओं में 8.2 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई, जो पहले 16.1 प्रतिशत थी। वित्तीय, रियल एस्टेट और पेशेवर सेवाओं की वृद्धि 9.1 प्रतिशत के संकुचन की तुलना में वित्त वर्ष 22 की दूसरी तिमाही में 7.8 प्रतिशत रही।
समीक्षाधीन तिमाही के दौरान लोक प्रशासन, रक्षा और अन्य सेवाओं में 17.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई, जबकि एक साल पहले यह 9.2 प्रतिशत थी। इस बीच, चीन ने 2021 की जुलाई-सितंबर अवधि में 4.9 फीसदी की वृद्धि दर्ज की है।
