हल्द्वानी में पीएम मोदी : प्रधानमंत्री मतदान वाले राज्य में शुरुआत करेंगे 17,500 करोड़ रुपये की 23 परियोजनाएं

नई दिल्ली: उत्तराखंड विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 से पहले, प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज राज्य का दौरा करेंगे और राज्य में 17,500 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की विभिन्न विकास परियोजनाओं को शुरू करेंगे। पीएम मोदी गुरुवार को हल्द्वानी के अपने दौरे पर 23 विकास परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन और शिलान्यास करेंगे और लोगों को संबोधित करने की भी संभावना है। वह दोपहर करीब एक बजे हल्द्वानी के एम.डी.पी.जी कॉलेज मैदान पहुंचेंगे।
17 परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखी जाएगी, जिनकी अनुमानित लागत 14,100 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है। इन परियोजनाओं में क्रॉस सिंचाई, सड़क, आवास, स्वास्थ्य अवसंरचना, उद्योग, स्वच्छता से लेकर पेयजल आपूर्ति तक के क्षेत्र शामिल हैं।
उत्तराखंड विकास परियोजनाएं
चिकित्सा अवसंरचना परियोजनाएं
पीएम मोदी उधम सिंह नगर जिले में एम्स ऋषिकेश सैटेलाइट सेंटर और पिथौरागढ़ में जगजीवन राम गवर्नमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज की आधारशिला रखेंगे.
इन दोनों अस्पतालों को क्रमश: लगभग 500 करोड़ रुपये और 450 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया जा रहा है। बेहतर चिकित्सा बुनियादी ढांचे से न केवल कुमाऊं और तराई क्षेत्रों को बल्कि उत्तर प्रदेश के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों को भी मदद मिलेगी।
जल विकास संबंधित परियोजनाएं
राज्य के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नल जल आपूर्ति में सुधार के लिए वह जल जीवन मिशन के तहत 13 जिलों में 73 जलापूर्ति योजनाओं की आधारशिला रखेंगे. इन योजनाओं पर कुल मिलाकर लगभग 1,250 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे और इससे राज्य के 1.3 लाख से अधिक ग्रामीण परिवारों को लाभ होगा।
इसके अलावा, हरिद्वार और नैनीताल के शहरी क्षेत्रों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण पानी की नियमित आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, प्रधान मंत्री इन दोनों शहरों के लिए जलापूर्ति योजनाओं की आधारशिला भी रखेंगे।
वह उत्तराखंड जल विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड (यूजेवीएन) लिमिटेड द्वारा पिथौरागढ़ जिले के मुनस्यारी में लगभग 50 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित 5 मेगावाट क्षमता की सुरिंगड-द्वितीय जलविद्युत परियोजना का भी उद्घाटन करेंगे।
सड़क परियोजनाएं
प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय की ओर से जारी एक बयान में कहा गया है कि देश के दूर-दराज के इलाकों में कनेक्टिविटी में सुधार के उनके विजन के अनुरूप करीब 8,700 करोड़ रुपये की कई सड़क क्षेत्र की परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन और शिलान्यास किया जाएगा.
इन सड़क परियोजनाओं से गढ़वाल, कुमाऊं और तराई क्षेत्रों की कनेक्टिविटी और उत्तराखंड और नेपाल के बीच कनेक्टिविटी में सुधार होगा। बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी से जिम कॉर्बेट नेशनल पार्क की पहुंच में सुधार के अलावा रुद्रपुर और लालकुआं में औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों को भी फायदा होगा।
पीएमओ ने कहा, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के तहत पूरे राज्य में कई सड़क परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला भी मोदी द्वारा रखी जाएगी। परियोजनाओं में 625 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से 1,157 किलोमीटर की कुल लंबाई वाली 133 ग्रामीण सड़कों का निर्माण और लगभग 450 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 151 पुलों का निर्माण शामिल है।
पीएमओ ने कहा कि सड़क चौड़ीकरण परियोजनाओं से न केवल दूरदराज के इलाकों की कनेक्टिविटी में सुधार होगा बल्कि क्षेत्र में पर्यटन, औद्योगिक और वाणिज्यिक गतिविधियों को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा। सामरिक टनकपुर-पिथौरागढ़ सड़क में अब हर मौसम में संपर्क होगा जो सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सेना की निर्बाध आवाजाही और कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा के लिए बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।
मलजल उपचार संयंत्र
पीएम मोदी रामनगर, नैनीताल में लगभग 50 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित 7 एमएलडी और 1.5 एमएलडी क्षमता के दो सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट का भी उद्घाटन करेंगे और उधम सिंह नगर में नौ सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट (एसटीपी) के निर्माण की आधारशिला रखेंगे. नैनीताल में लगभग 200 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया जाएगा और सीवरेज सिस्टम के उन्नयन के लिए 78 करोड़ की परियोजना का निर्माण किया जाएगा।
अन्य परियोजनाएँ
प्रधानमंत्री करीब 5,750 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनने वाली लखवार बहुउद्देश्यीय परियोजना का शिलान्यास करेंगे। यह परियोजना पहली बार 1976 में कल्पना की गई थी और लंबे समय से लंबित परियोजनाओं को प्राथमिकता देने के मोदी के दृष्टिकोण से पुनर्जीवित होने से पहले अटक गई थी।
राष्ट्रीय महत्व की इस परियोजना से लगभग 34,000 हेक्टेयर अतिरिक्त भूमि की सिंचाई हो सकेगी, 300 मेगावाट जलविद्युत का उत्पादन होगा और उत्तराखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा, दिल्ली, हिमाचल प्रदेश और राजस्थान को पेयजल की आपूर्ति होगी।
मोदी उधम सिंह नगर जिले के सितारगंज और काशीपुर शहरों में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए करीब 2400 घरों के निर्माण का भी शिलान्यास करेंगे. पीएमओ ने कहा कि ये घर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) के तहत 170 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की संचयी लागत से बनाए जाएंगे।
काशीपुर में 41 एकड़ अरोमा पार्क और सितारगंज में 40 एकड़ प्लास्टिक औद्योगिक पार्क का भी शिलान्यास किया जाएगा। अरोमा पार्क फूलों की खेती के विकास के लिए उत्तराखंड की अपार संभावनाओं का उपयोग करेगा और प्लास्टिक औद्योगिक पार्क राज्य के औद्योगिक कौशल को स्थापित करने और लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने की दिशा में एक कदम होगा।
