अवैध दवाओं का गोरखधंदा:दवाओं के अवैध गोदाम का भंड़ाफोड़, लाखों की दवाएं बरामद
खाद्य एवं औषघी प्रशासन विभाग ने मंगलवार को सेक्टर दस में चलाए जा रहे दवाओं के अवैध गोदाम का भंडाफोड कर वहां से लाखों रुपए की दवाएं बरामद की है। यह गोदाम शहर के प्रसिद्ध पार्क अस्पताल के पास में बनाया गया था।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। खाद्य एवं औषघी प्रशासन विभाग ने मंगलवार को सेक्टर दस में चलाए जा रहे दवाओं के अवैध गोदाम का भंडाफोड कर वहां से लाखों रुपए की दवाएं बरामद की है। यह गोदाम शहर के प्रसिद्ध पार्क अस्पताल के पास में बनाया गया था। विभाग के अधिकारियों ने इस अवैध गोदाम से बरामद 45 तरह की दवाओं को सील कर कोर्ट से उनकी कस्टडी ले ली है वहीं छह दवाओं के सैम्पल लेकर उनकी गुणवत्ता जांच के लिए सरकारी लैब भेज दिया है।

गोदाम में लाखों रुपए की दवाएं अवैध रुप से रखी गई
इस बिषय में अधिक जानकारी देते हुए क्षेत्र के वरिष्ठ औषधी नियंत्रक अधिकारी करण सिंंह गोदारा ने बताया कि उनको गुप्त सूचना मिली कि सैक्टर दस में एक जगह पर भारी मात्रा में दवाओं का संग्रह करके रखा गया है। जानकारी के आधार पर उन्होने इस क्षेत्र के ओषधी निरीक्षक संदीप गहलान को साथ लेकर छापा मारा तो सेक्टर दस स्थित पार्क अस्पताल के पास ही एक जगह पर भारी मात्रा में दवाओ का जमावडा मिला, आसपास के लोगों से पूछने पर पता लगा कि यह गोदाम पार्क अस्पताल मेंं कार्यरत मैडीकल स्टोर पार्क फार्मेसी का है, तो उन्होंने उक्त फार्मेसी से जिम्मेवार व्यक्ति को बुलाया तो उन्होंने इस गोदाम का ताला खोला, तो वह आश्चर्य चकित रह गए कि बिना लाईसेंस लिए इस गोदाम में लाखों रुपए की दवाएं अवैध रुप से रखी गई थीं।
ड्रग एंड कॉसमैटिक एक्त के तहत कार्रवाई की
करण सिंंह गोदारा के अनुसार जांच के बाद इस गोदाम में कुल 45 तरह की दवाएं बरामद की गईं जिनको कोर्ट में पेश किया गया तथा वहां से इन दवाओ के कस्टगी आर्डर विभाग ने ले लिए हैं, यही नहीं यहां से बरामद दवाओं में से छह तरह की दवाओं को सैम्पल लेकर जांच के लिए भी भेजा गया है। गोदारा ने बताया कि कोई भी दवा बिक्रेता केवल उसी स्थान पर दवाओं का संग्रह कर सकता है जिस जगह के लिए विभाग से उन्होंने लाईसेंस लिया हुआ हो, लेकिन इस स्थान के लिए विभाग से कोई लाईसेंस जारी नहीं किया गया था, जिस कारण इस गोदाम से बरामद दवाओ को विभाग ने अपने कब्जे में लेकर ड्रग एंड कॉसमैटिक एक्त के तहत कार्रवाई की है।
कोई भी गैर कानूनी तरीका न अपनाए
गोदारा ने दवा विक्रेताओं का आह्वान किया है कि वह कोई भी गैर कानूनी तरीका न अपनाए, यदि अपनी दुकान से अलग कहीं पर भी वह दवाओं का संग्रह करते हैं तो वहां के लिए विभाग से लाईसेंस अवश्य लें, यही नहीं बिना बिल के न तो दवा बेचे न खरीदें, जिन दवाओं की बिक्री सरकार ने प्रतिबंधित की हुई है उनकी बिक्री करते हुए यदि कोई भी दवा विक्रेता पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ भी सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
