सोनीपत: जेल में हुई मौत के कारणों से पता लगने के बाद ही करेंगे दाहसंस्कार
सोनीपत में अपहरण और पोस्को एक्ट के तहत जेल में बंद आरोपी नरेश की 22 तारीख को तबीयत खराब हो गई थी रोहतक में रेफर किया गया।
महलाना के ग्रामीण काफी संख्या में पहुंचे, प्रशासन पर आरोप लगाया
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: सदर थाना के अंतर्गत गांव महलाना निवासी नरेश पिछले दिनों अपहरण और पोस्को के मामले में सोनीपत जेल में बंद रहा है जहां बुधवार-गुरुवार मध्य रात्रि जेल में मौत हो गई है और परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया है कि नरेश को जेल में जान का खतरा था। वहीं परिवार के सदस्यों का कहना है कि जब तक के मौत के कारणों का सही पता नहीं चलता तब तक बॉडी भी नहीं ली जाएगी। वही काफी संख्या में ग्रामीण एकत्रित होकर कोर्ट कंपलेक्स चौकी में शिकायत करने के लिए पहुंचे हैं।
सोनीपत में अपहरण और पोस्को एक्ट के तहत जेल में बंद आरोपी नरेश की 22 तारीख को तबीयत खराब हो गई थी रोहतक में रेफर किया गया। इधर परिजनों का कहना है कि 24 जून को जेल में बंद नरेश से मुलाकात के दौरान बातचीत हुई थी और उस दौरान सिर में चोट लगने की बात नरेश ने बताई थी। परिजनों ने यह भी बताया कि वह डरा हुआ था और जेल से कहीं दूसरी जगह शिप्ट करवाने की बात कर रहा था। परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया है कि जेल में उसकी सामन्य मौत नहीं है, इसी को लेकर ग्रामीण काफी संख्या में एकत्रित होकर सोनीपत के कोर्ट कंपलेक्स चौकी में शिकायत करने पहुंच गए।
ग्रामीण कमला, प्रदीप के साथ मृतक के भाई कुलदीप, मृतक की पत्नी रिंकी पीड़ित परिवार का कहना है कि नरेश को जान का खतरा था और उसे किसी भी अस्पताल में नहीं ले जाया गया, पुलिस जेल अधीक्षक पर आरोप लगाया गया है कि केवल कागजों में उसे रेफर दिखाया गया, नरेश से दो बार उनकी बातचीत हुई और उनसे रोहतक या अन्य जगह इलाज के लिए ले जाने की बात पूछी गई तो कहीं नहीं ले जाया गया। उसके सिर पर कई जगह चोट लगी हुई है और वह डर से सहमा होने के कारण कुछ भी बोलने को तैयार नहीं था। इसलिए अब परिवार ने डेड बॉडी लेने से इंकार कर दिया है और कहना है कि जब तक जेल में मौत होने के कारणों का पता नहीं लगता तब तक वे दाह संस्कार नहीं करेंगे
वहीं जिला एसपी द्वारा परिजनों को जांच का आश्वासन दिया गया है। पुलिस चौकी के इंचार्ज संदीप सिंह का कहना है कि गांव महलाना के ग्रामीण काफी संख्या में पहुंचे हैं और प्रशासन पर आरोप लगा रहे हैं, इसी को लेकर शिकायत दी गई है। पुलिस पूरे मामले में अब जांच कर रही है और डॉक्टर की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही तथ्यों का पता लग पाएगा आखिर मौत किन कारणों के चलते हुई है।
