पुलिस आयुक्त ओपी सिंह ने सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के लिए आज ट्रैफिक थाना में 3 इंटरसेप्टर गाडिय़ों को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया तथा सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं में जान गंवाने वाले व्यक्तियों की याद में पौधे लगाए गए।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। पुलिस आयुक्त ओपी सिंह ने सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के लिए आज ट्रैफिक थाना में 3 इंटरसेप्टर गाडिय़ों को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया तथा सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं में जान गंवाने वाले व्यक्तियों की याद में पौधे लगाए गए। इस अवसर पर पुलिस आयुक्त के साथ पुलिस उपायुक्त, सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त, थाना प्रभारी व ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मियों के अलावा रोड सेफ्टी ऑफिसर एस के शर्मा ,पंकज लाम्बा के अलावा समाज के गणमान्य व्यक्ति मौजूद थे।
पुलिस आयुक्त द्वारा ट्रैफिक थाना में पौधारोपण किया गया
सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के अंदर यह इंटरसेप्टर अपनी अहम भूमिका निभाएंगी। फरीदाबाद पुलिस के बेड़े में 2 इंटरसेप्टर पहले से शामिल है। तीन नई इंटरसेप्टर आने के पश्चात फरीदाबाद पुलिस के पास इनकी संख्या 5 हो गई हैं। पुलिस आयुक्त ओपी सिंह ने कहा की हाई स्पीड ट्रांसपोर्ट नेटवर्क के इस दौर में कई बार कुछ गाडिय़ां तेज गति सीमा से अधिक स्पीड में चलती हैं संतुलन खो जाने की वजह से दुर्घटना की संभावनाएं बढ़ जाती हैं। यह इंटरसेप्टर ज्यादा तेज गति में आने वाली गाडिय़ों को दूर से ही पहचान लेते है जिसकी वजह से मौके पर मौजूद पुलिस टीम ज्यादा स्पीड में गाड़ी चलाने वाले चालकों पर नजर रख सकेगी। इंटरसेप्टर को ऐसे स्थान पर लगाया जाएगा जहां पर दुर्घटना की संभावनाएं ज्यादा है ताकि तय स्पीड से अधिक गति से चलने वाली गाडिय़ों पर कंट्रोल स्थापित करके सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं की संख्या में कमी लाई जा सके। इसके साथ ही सडक़ दुर्घटनाओं में जान गवाने वाले व्यक्तियों की याद में पुलिस आयुक्त द्वारा ट्रैफिक थाना में पौधारोपण किया गया।
ट्रैफिक थाना के अंदर बड़ी संख्या में पौधे लगाए जाएंगे
पौधारोपण के दौरान जिन व्यक्तियों की सडक़ दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हुई है उनके परिजनों को बुलाकर प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की याद में पौधा लगाया गया। श्री ओपी सिंह ने कहा कि हम दुर्घटना में जान गवा चुके लोगों को वापिस तो नहीं ला सकते परंतु पौधारोपण करके उनके परिजनों के मन में उनकी याद को जिंदा जरूर रख सकते हैं। इसकी वजह से उस व्यक्ति के परिजनों के मन में इन पौधों के प्रति भावनात्मक लगाव भी होगा और पर्यावरण को प्रदूषण से बचाने में भी यह पौधे अपना अहम योगदान निभाएंगे। इसके अलावा फरीदाबाद में मिनी फॉरेस्ट विकसित करने के पुलिस आयुक्त के अभियान के तहत भी ट्रैफिक थाना के अंदर बड़ी संख्या में पौधे लगाए जाएंगे।
पर्यावरण को प्रदूषण से होने वाले नुकसान से बचाया जा सके
पुलिस आयुक्त द्वारा पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने की यह मुहिम फरीदाबाद के लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत है। नागरिकों को पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने चाहिए ताकि प्रदूषण को कम किया जा सके जिसकी वजह से वन्यजीवों के साथ-साथ नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य को भी पर्यावरण को प्रदूषण से होने वाले नुकसान से बचाया जा सके।
