सोनीपत सीआईए शाखा ने देशद्रोह के आरोपी को फर्जी आईडी पर मोबाइल सिम देने वाले आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपी पानीपत के तहसील कैंप का रहने वाला पुनित है। आरोपी मोहम्मद विकास को सौ से ज्यादा सिम उपलब्ध करा चुका है। आरोपी से आईबी की टीम भी पूछताछ करेगी। यह प्रतिबंधित संगठन सिख फॉर जस्टिस का सदस्य विकास वर्मा उर्फ मोहम्मद विकास सदर थाना पुलिस ने दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट से गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
दुबई में धर्म परिवर्तन करने के बाद पाकिस्तान में जाकर शादी की और इसने नाम मोहम्मद विकास रखा। पुलिस और आईबी की टीम उससे पूछताछ कर रही हैं। लैपटाप, मोबाइल और राउटर के माध्यम से इंटरनेट गेटवे के सहारे प्रतिबंधित संगठन सिख फॉर जस्टिस के मैसेज लोगों के मोबाइल तक पहुंचाता था।
आरोपी पानीपत के तहसील कैंप निवासी पुनित से फर्जी आईडी पर मोबाइल सिम लेता था। पुनीत उससे मोटी राशि लेकर सिम उपलब्ध कराता था। इसके लिए वह फर्जी आईडी का प्रयोग करता था। पुनित दूसरों की आईडी पर सिम निकालकर मोहम्मद विकास सहित अन्य लोगों को उपलब्ध कराता था। पुलिस ने उसको पानीपत से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। बताया गया है कि मोहम्मद विकास को 100 से ज्यादा सिम उपलब्ध कराना स्वीकार किया है।
वह अन्य लोगों को भी फर्जी आईडी पर सिम उपलब्ध कराता था। पुलिस ने उसकी गिरफ्तारी की सूचना आईबी को भेज दी है। इंटरनेट पर काम कराने वाले मोबाइल सिम से सामान्य मोबाइल का काम करना भी अनिवार्य है। ऐसा न करने पर एक महीने में सिम को कंपनी बंद कर देती है।
ऐसे में मोहम्मद विकास को हर महीने नए सिम की जरूरत पड़ती थी। वह फर्जी आईडी पर नया सिम लेकर देशद्रोही गतिविधियों में सक्रिय हो जाता था। उसका मानना था कि ऐसा करने से वह पकड़ में नहीं आएगा। उसको राउटर और गेटवे सिस्टम के उपकरण विदेशों में बैठे उसके साथियों ने उपलब्ध कराए थे। मोहम्मद विकास से पूछताछ में ही सिम उपलब्ध कराने वाले युवक का नाम सामने आया था।
