नई दिल्ली: बजट सत्र से पहले संसद के 400 से अधिक स्टाफ सदस्यों का कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव पाया गया। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि 1,409 संसद कर्मचारियों में से 402 सदस्यों को 4 से 8 जनवरी तक वायरस के लिए पॉजिटिव पाया गया था, जिसके बाद उनके नमूने जीनोम अनुक्रमण के लिए संस्करण की पुष्टि करने के लिए भेजे गए थे।
एक अधिकारी ने कहा, “4-8 जनवरी तक लगभग 402 कर्मचारियों का कोविड-19 के लिए टेस्ट पॉजिटिव रहा और सभी नमूनों को जीनोम अनुक्रमण के लिए ओमिक्रॉन संस्करण की पुष्टि के लिए भेज दिया गया है। एक आंतरिक संदेश के अनुसार संसद के कर्मचारियों को सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार कोविड-19 सावधानियों का पालन करने की सलाह दी गई है।
संदेश में कहा गया है, “200 लोकसभा और राज्यसभा से 69 और 133 संबद्ध कर्मचारियों की एक समेकित सूची है, जिन्होंने पॉजिटिव टेस्ट किया है, लेकिन हम सभी को उचित सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत है। उपरोक्त सूची में वे लोग शामिल नहीं हैं जिनका संसद परिसर के बाहर कोविड-19 के लिए टेस्ट किया गया था।
इससे पहले संसद के दोनों सदनों के कई कर्मचारियों के काम के दौरान अपने संक्रमित साथियों के संपर्क में आने पर उन्हें आइसोलेशन में रखा गया था। कई लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के अधिकारी भी आइसोलेशन में हैं। संसद का बजट सत्र आमतौर पर हर साल जनवरी के अंतिम सप्ताह में शुरू होता है।
