जमीन के मुआवजे को लेकर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री से मिले अजरौंदा व दौलताबाद के किसान

सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा अजरौंदा व दौलताबाद के किसानों के हक में फैसला सुनाने के बावजूद अब तक मुआवजा न दिए जाने की मांग को लेकर धरने पर बैठे किसानों के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने फरीदाबाद विधानसभा क्षेत्र के पूर्व कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी नेता लखन कुमार सिंगला के नेतृत्व में चंडीगढ़ स्थित पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के आवास पर उनसे मुलाकात करते हुए अपनी समस्याओं अवगत करवाया। लखन कुमार सिंगला ने श्री हुड्डा के समक्ष किसानों की समस्याएं रखते हुए बताया कि अजरौंदा व दौलताबाद के किसानों की जमीन 1995 में अधिग्रहण करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की थी, जिसमे सैक्टर 20ए, 20बी काटे गये थे। जो कि 1998 में पूरी हो गई। बाद में मुआवजा बढ़ाने की मांग को लेकर यह लोग सुप्रीम कोर्ट गए जहां से उच्च न्यायालय ने 11 मार्च 2019 में इनके पक्ष में फैसला सुना दिया गया ।
उन्होंने बताया की 2019 में कोर्ट ने उनके पक्ष में आदेश दिए थे लेकिन तब से अब तक उन्हें मुआवजे की पूरी राशि नहीं दी गई है। किसानों को अधिकारी लगातार फरीदाबाद और चंडीगढ़ के बीच धक्के खिलवाते रहे और अब जाकर अधिकारी कह रहे हैं कि सरकार के पास अभी किसानों का भुगतान करने के लिए पैसा नहीं है । उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार को इन दोनों गांव के किसानों को लगभग 400 करोड रुपए का भुगतान करना है। लेकिन अभी तक भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। सिंगला ने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हुड्डा से मांग की कि वह इस मुद्दे को सरकार के समक्ष प्रमुखता से उठाकर किसानों को मुआवजा दिलाने का काम करे। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने सिंगला व किसानों का आश्वासन दिया कि कांग्रेस पार्टी किसानों की हितैषी पार्टी है और किसानों के हर संघर्ष में पूरी तरह से उनके साथ है।
उन्होंने विश्वास दिलाया कि वह इस मुद्दे को विधानसभा में उठाकर सरकार के समक्ष रखेंगे और किसानों को मुआवजा दिलवाने के लिए भरसक प्रयास करेंगे। इस अवसर पर अमर सिंह मलिक, साधुराम सैनी, लाल प्रधान, चंद्रपाल धनखड़, टेकचंद सैनी, गोपाल, सुरेंद्र सिंह, पंडित बुद्धिराम शर्मा, अमर सिंह सैनी, छोटेलाल सैनी, उदयवीर सैनी, निहाल सिंह, सतीश सैनी, बिजेंद्र कुमार, शिव सिंह, सतीश मलिक सहित अनेकों गणमान्य लोग मौजूद थे।
