सोनीपत: किसान खेतों में गेहूं की फसल के अवशेष ना जलाएं: डीसी
डीसी ललित सिवाच ने कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन को लेकर जिला के गांव-गांव में पहुंचकर किसानों को फसल अवशेष खेतों में जागरूक करें, ताकि भूमि की उर्वरा शक्ति बनी रहे और पर्यावरण को भी कोई नुकसान न हो।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: डीसी ने किसानों से अपील की है कि किसान भाईयों को चाहिए कि वे सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन से संबंधित योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएं और पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ बनाए रखने में अपना सहयोग करें। फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन करने से हम भूमि की उर्वरा शक्ति, पशु पक्षियों के बचाव एवं मानवीय दुर्घटनाएं होने से बचाते हैं।

उन्होंने जिला के किसानों से भी अपील की है कि वे फसल अवशेषों का समुचित प्रबंधन करने के लिए आधुनिक कृषि यंत्रों का उपयोग करें, कहीं पर भी खेतों में फसल अवशेष न जलाएं, सरकार द्वारा कृषि यंत्र किसानों को अनुदान उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है। किसान पर्यावरण एवं स्वास्थ्य हित में दायित्व निभाते हुए गेहूं की खूंटी को खेतों में आग न लगाने का संकल्प लें। वायु प्रदूषण से सांस, फेफड़ों से संबंधित बीमारियों के अलावा अस्थमा व कैंसर जैसी बिमारियां फैल रहीं हैं।
