सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय में मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. रणदीप सिंह पूनिया की अध्यक्षता में पीएनडीटी एक्ट की जिला स्तरीय बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। सीएमओ डॉ. रणदीप पूनिया ने कहा कि अवैध लिंग जांच व पीएनडीटी नियमों की उलंधना करने वालें सैन्टरों के खिलाफ जिला में सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।

पीएनडीटी की हिदायतों अनुसार निर्धारित फीस भी जमा करवानी होगी
सभी सैन्टरों को पीएनडीटी एक्ट के अनुसार सारी हिदायतें पूरी करनी होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पीएनडीटी एक्ट के अनुसार नए अल्ट्रासाउंड खोले जा सकते हैं और पुराने अल्ट्रासाउंड का नवीनीकरण किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए आवेदक को 5 साल के लिए संबंधित स्थान का किरायानामा/डीड देनी होगी और पीएनडीटी की हिदायतों अनुसार निर्धारित फीस भी जमा करवानी होगी।
रिकॉर्ड के रख-रखाव व समीक्षा पर चर्चा
बैठक में पीएनडीटी एक्ट के हिदायतों के अनुसार जिला में अल्ट्रासाउंड सैन्टरों के नवीनीकरण, डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर के रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के अलावा पुराने रिकॉर्ड के रखरखाव व समीक्षा बारे विस्तार पूर्वक चर्चा की गई। जो डायग्नोस्टिक मासिक रिपोर्ट नहीं भेजते उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही बारे भी चर्चा करके समीक्षा की गई।
