केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल खेवड़ा केन्द्र की क्षेत्रीय कावा अध्यक्ष सुखजीत कौर ग्रेवाल ने कहा कि किसी भी देश के विकास के लिए लोगों का स्वस्थ रहना बहुत ही जरूरी है, एक स्वस्थ व्यक्ति ही देश के उत्थान में अपनी भागीदारी निभाता है।

केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल खेवड़ा केन्द्र की क्षेत्रीय कावा अध्यक्ष सुखजीत कौर ग्रेवाल ने कहा कि किसी भी देश के विकास के लिए लोगों का स्वस्थ रहना बहुत ही जरूरी है, एक स्वस्थ व्यक्ति ही देश के उत्थान में अपनी भागीदारी निभाता है। हम स्वस्थ तो हमारा देश स्वस्थ। ग्रेवाल खेवड़ा सीआरपीएफ कैंप में फिट इंडिया फ्रीडम रन अभियान के तहत आयोजित खेल प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेने वाले बच्चों व महिलाओं को संबोधित कर रही थी।
उन्होंने कहा कि खेल हमारे जीवन के लिए बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि खेलों से हमारे शरीर का व्यायाम होता है और हमारा शरीर रोगों से लडऩे की क्षमता को बढावा मिलता है जिससे हमारा शरीर बीमारियों से बचा रहता है। इसलिए हमें सुबह उठते ही कम से कम एक घण्टा व्यायाम जरूर करना चाहिए। क्योंकि एक स्वस्थ शरीर में ही एक स्वस्थ आत्मा का निवास होता है। उन्होंने उपस्थित महिलाओं व बच्चों का आहवान किया कि वे कोरोना वायरस से बचने के लिए डॉक्टरों द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का अवश्य पालन करें। आवासीय कैंपस में सभी मास्क लगाकर रहे, सोशल डिस्टेनस का पालन करें, गर्म पानी का सेवन करें, शुद्घ भोजन खाएं, लगातार अपने हाथों को सैनेटाईजर या साबुन से धोते रहें।
