एसडीएम प्रदीप कुमार ने बताया कि पंचायत समिति मुंडलाना के 22 वार्डों में से 10 वार्ड महिलाओं के लिए, अनुसूचित जाति के लिए पांच वार्ड इनमें से दो वार्ड अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किये हैं।
सोनीपत : एसडीएम प्रदीप कुमार ने बताया कि पंचायत समिति मुंडलाना के 22 वार्डों में से 10 वार्ड महिलाओं के लिए, अनुसूचित जाति के लिए पांच वार्ड इनमें से दो वार्ड अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किये हैं। खंड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी कार्यालय गोहाना में वार्ड आरक्षण प्रक्रिया के लिए ड्रा निकाला गया।

एसडीएम प्रदीप ने कहा कि सामान्य जाति की महिलाओं तथा अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के वार्डों को मिलाकर वार्ड नंबर-2, 5, 7,9,12, 14, 16 व 20 तथा वार्ड-11 और वार्ड-19 शामिल हैं। पंचायत समिति गोहाना के 24 वार्डों में से पांच वार्ड अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित किये गये हैं, जिनमें वार्ड नंबर- 4, 11, 18, 19 व 20 शामिल हैं। इनमें से वार्ड-11 व वार्ड -19 को अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किया गया है।
अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित वार्डों को छोडक़र अन्य वार्डों में से पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए ड्रॉ ऑफ लॉट्स के द्वारा वार्ड नंबर-1 व वार्ड नंबर-8 शामिल हैं। अनारक्षित वार्डों में वार्ड-3,6,10, 13,15, 17 और वार्ड-21 शामिल हैं। आपत्ति एवं सुझाव भी आमंत्रित किये हैं, जिन्हें सरकार को भेज दिया जाएगा। खंड विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी मनोज कौशल समेत संबंधित अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
