सोनीपत में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि और सीएम फ्लाइंग ने संयुक्त रूप से रसगुल्ला बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री और गोदाम पर रेड की है। मौके पर 27 बड़े ड्राम में लगभग 50 क्विंटल मिलावटी रसगुल्ला मंगलवार को बरामद किया है। वहीं बरामद किया गया रसगुल्ला मिट्टी में दबाया जाएगा ताकि बाजार में उसका प्रयोग ना हो सके। मौके पर अधिकारी वीरेंद्र सिंह और सीएम फ्लाइंग टीम ने कार्रवाई की है।

सोनीपत: त्यौहार आने वाले हैं मिठाई मांग बढेगी तो इस मामले को लेकर लोगेंा के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ ना हो इसीलिए सोनीपत में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि और सीएम फ्लाइंग ने संयुक्त रूप से रसगुल्ला बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री और गोदाम पर रेड की है। मौके पर 27 बड़े ड्राम में लगभग 50 क्विंटल मिलावटी रसगुल्ला मंगलवार को बरामद किया है। वहीं बरामद किया गया रसगुल्ला मिट्टी में दबाया जाएगा ताकि बाजार में उसका प्रयोग ना हो सके। मौके पर अधिकारी वीरेंद्र सिंह और सीएम फ्लाइंग टीम ने कार्रवाई की है।
खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि और सीएम फ्लाइंग ने संयुक्त रूप से रसगुल्ला बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री और गोदाम पर रेड की है। जानकारी के मुताबिक पिछले 10 दिन से यूपी और मध्य प्रदेश से लेबर बुलाकर सोनीपत के कबीरपुर में बड़े स्तर पर घटिया और सस्ती क्वालिटी का रसगुल्ला बनाकर बिना मानकों का ध्यान रखे हुए गोदाम में ड्राम में भर कर रखे गए थे। वहीं दूसरी तरफ मध्य प्रदेश से आए हुए कर्मचारी रसगुल्ला बनाने में जुटे हुए थे। मौके पर रसगुल्ला का रस और रसगुल्ला के ड्राम में मक्खी और मच्छर गिरे हुए नजर आए और यही रसगुल्ला बाजार में सप्लाई किया जाना था।
बड़े स्तर पर सोनीपत में ऑर्डर पर रसगुल्ला तैयार करवाया गया था और स्थानीय मार्केट में ही सप्लाई किया जाना था। गंदगी से सना हुआ रसगुल्ला लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ हो सकता था लेकिन मौके पर भारी संख्या में रसगुल्ले से भरे ड्रम पकड़े गए हैं और अब उन्हें जमीन में दबा कर नष्ट किया जाएगा वही मौके पर आगे की कार्रवाई विभागीय स्तर पर शुरुआत कर दी गई है।
जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि विभाग अधिकारी विरेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि त्यौहारी सीजन में इस प्रकार की कार्रवाई लगातार की जा रही है और लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के साथ किसी भी सूरत में खिलवाड़ नहीं होने दिया जाएगा और मंगलवार को 50 क्विंटल रसगुल्ला गोदाम से बरामद किया गया है इसे जमीन में दबा जाएगा और आगे की कार्रवाई भी इसी प्रकार तेज रखी जाएगी।
