मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने अपने जन्मदिवस के मौके पर शुक्रवार को जरूरतमंद बच्चों को मिठाई और स्टेशनरी का वितरण किया। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से गेटवे स्कूल के निकट स्थित झुग्गी-झोंपडिय़ों में रहने वाले जरूरतमंद बच्चों तथा एटलस रोड स्थित बाल देखभाल केंद्र (स्टेट आफ्टर केयर होम) में रहने वाले बच्चों को आवश्यक वस्तुओं का वितरण करते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करते हुए आशीर्वाद दिया।
अभय सिंह चौटाला ने सरकार पर साधा निशाना : प्रदेश में शराब, धान घोटाले हुए और केंद्र ने किसान विरोधी कानून बनाये: चौटाला
गेटवे स्कूल के निकट बसी झुग्गी-झोंपडिय़ों में करीब 120 बच्चों को वे नियमित रूप से पढ़ाने का कार्य कर रहे हैं। श्री जैन ने कहा कि इन बच्चों को शिक्षा के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने व आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध करवाने के उद्देश्य से उन्होंने अपने जन्मोत्सव पर जरूरी वस्तुएं वितरीत करने का निर्णय लिया। अपने निर्णय को साकार रूप प्रदान करते हुए उन्होंने झुग्गी-झोंपडिय़ों के सैंकड़ों बच्चों को मिठाइयां वितरीत की। साथ ही उन्होंने पढ़ाई-लिखाई के लिए रंग, पेंसिल, ब्लैकबोर्ड, किताबें-कापियां, रबर, शॉर्पनर इत्यादि स्टेशनरी भी बांटी।
तो वहीं एटलस रोड स्थित स्टेट आफ्टर केयर होम में दर्जनों बच्चों को मिठाई खिलाई। केंद्र के बच्चों को जरूरी वस्तुएं तथा स्टेशनरी भी वितरीत की। राजीव जैन ने स्प्रैड स्माईल फाउंडेशन की भी मुक्त कंठ से प्रशंसा की। स्प्रैड स्माईल फाउंडेशन के सदस्यों सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति मौजूद थे, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से श्रीपाल जैन, विनोद जैन, बिट्टू जैन, मीनू अग्रवाल, प्रियंका, तान्या, अंजलि, खुश्बू, यश, सचिन, आरती, तनीशा, लोरिया, रिया, काजल, निकिता, कुशाग्र, निहारिका व कावेरी शामिल रहे।।
