सोनीपत: काठ मंडी पुराने खाटू श्याम मंदिर में पूजा शुरू करवाने की कवायद
महंत परमेश्वरी देवी ने आश्वासन दिया कि हम प्रशासन के अनुसार शपथ पत्र भी देने को तैयार है। सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट डॉ अनमोल ने आश्वासन दिया कि वह सारी रिपोर्ट सकारात्मक रुख के साथ जिला उपायुक्त को सौंप देगी।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: भरतपुरी काठ मंडी स्थित 40 वर्ष पुराने खाटू श्याम मंदिर में पूजा शुरू करवाने को लेकर कवायद शुरू हो गई है। कॉलोनी वासियों द्वारा उपायुक्त के दरबार में गुहार लगाये जाने के बाद सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट डॉ अनमोल ने मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन के साथ पूजा स्थल का दौरा किया।
मंदिर की संचालिका महंत परमेश्वरी देवी ने बताया कि खाटू श्याम का यह मंदिर शहर में सबसे प्राचीन है और आसपास के लोगों की आस्थाये जुड़ी हुई है। मौजूद महिलाओं ने बताया कि बिजली का बिल एवं प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स भी पूजा घर के नाम से आता है जबकि यह जमीन केंद्र सरकार के उपक्रम हिंदुस्तान वेजिटेबल आमल मिल कॉरपोरेशन की मल्कियत है। पहले इस जमीन की चारदीवारी नहीं थी इसलिए खाली जमीन पर छोटा सा मंदिर बना दिया गया था। महिलाओं ने सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट से अनुरोध किया कि केवल हमें सुबह-शाम एक-एक घंटे के लिए पूजा की इजाजत मिल जाये, हम न तो इस जमीन पर कब्जे का दावा करेंगे और न ही मंदिर के अलावा कोई निर्माण करेंगे। महिलाओं ने बताया कि वर्ष 2017 में कुछ शरारती लोगों ने मंदिर के नाम पर कब्जा करने का आरोप लगाकर शिकायत कर दी थी जिस पर तत्कालीन एसडीएम ने पूजा बंद करवा दी थी।
