सोनीपत: मारपीट कर रूपयों की मांग करने के मामले में 5 आरोपितों को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया
बता दें कि पानीपत के मुर्गा व्यापारी सरफराज के पास हैल्परी की नौकरी करने वाले तसलीम निवासी कच्चा कैंप पानीपत ने थाना गन्नौर में शिकायत दी थी कि 16 अप्रैल को सरफराज के फोन पर गफ्फार का फोन आया। गफ्फार ने गन्नौर डीआईसीट चौक पर होटल कर रखा है। उसने काम से संबंधित सरफराज को अपने पास बुलाया। जिसके बाद वह सरफराज के साथ मोटर साइकिल पर गढी कला गन्नौर पुल के नीचे आ गए।
गन्नौर: पानीपत के मुर्गा व्यापारी व उसके हैल्पर को बंधक बना मारपीट कर रूपयों की मांग करने के आरोप में थाना गन्नौर पुलिस ने पांच आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपित अब्दुल गफार, मोहम्मद सफिक उर्फ सकील, मोहम्मद सतार, रागीब अली निवासी बदायुं उत्तरप्रदेश, प्रवेज उर्फ प्रवेश निवासी गन्नौर के रहने वाले हैं। गिरफ्तार आरोपितों से चोरी किए गए फोन व चांदी की चैन भी बरामद कर ली है। गिरफ्तार आरोपितों को अदालत में पेश कर एक दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया है।
बता दें कि पानीपत के मुर्गा व्यापारी सरफराज के पास हैल्परी की नौकरी करने वाले तसलीम निवासी कच्चा कैंप पानीपत ने थाना गन्नौर में शिकायत दी थी कि 16 अप्रैल को सरफराज के फोन पर गफ्फार का फोन आया। गफ्फार ने गन्नौर डीआईसीट चौक पर होटल कर रखा है। उसने काम से संबंधित सरफराज को अपने पास बुलाया। जिसके बाद वह सरफराज के साथ मोटर साइकिल पर गढी कला गन्नौर पुल के नीचे आ गए। जहां से वह दोनों गफ्फार व उसके साथी सकील के साथ कुछ दूर पर खेतों मे बने एक कोठडे पर चले गए। कुछ देर बाद वहां एक और अज्ञात युवक आया। जिसके बाद उन सब ने मिल कर उसके व सरफराज के हाथ पैर बांध दिए और डंडो व तार से पीटना शुरू कर दिया। सकील व गफ्फार ने उसका मोबाइल व 3530 रुपये व सरफराज की चांदी की चौन व 5000 रुपये छीन लिए। इसके बाद प्रवेश नाम का व्यक्ति भी वहां आया। उन सब ने मिल कर सरफराज को प्रताड़ित किया, जिससे वह बेहोश हो गया। कुछ देर बाद गफ्फार का भाई सत्तार भी कोठडे़ पर पहुंचा और सरफराज को उठा कर उससे घर से दो लाख रुपये मंगवाने की मांग की। कुछ देर बाद वह सभी कोठडे़ से बाहर निकल गए।

इस दौरान वह मौका पाकर भाग गया, जबकि सरफराज कोठड़े में ही घायल अवस्था में पड़ा रहा। बाद में आरोपितों ने उसके मोबाइल नंबर से सरफराज के भतीजे रियासत के पास फोन कर रूपयों की मांग की और रूपये न देने की सूरत में सरफराज को जान से मारने की धमकी दी। पुलिस ने तसलीम की शिकायत पर आरोपित गफ्फार, सकील, प्रवेश, सत्तार व अन्य के खिलाफ बंधक बना कर मारपीट व छीना झपटी करने, जबरदस्ती वसूली करने समेत विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया था।

गन्नौर: खेड़ी तगा गांव में मुसलिम चौपाल का ताला तोड़ने के आरोप में थाना बड़ी पुलिस ने एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। थाना बड़ी पुलिस ने गांव के कार्यवाहक चौकीदार की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई की है। शिकायत में गांव के कार्यवाहक चौकीदार विनोद कुमार ने बताया कि सुबह 5 बजे जब वह गांव में घूम रहा था। इस दौरान उसने देखा कि गांव के धर्मबीर ने चोरी की नीयत से मुसलिम चौपाल का ताला तो़ड़ दिया। उसने इसकी सूचना गांव के सरपंच को दी। जिसके बाद वह सरपंच के साथ मौके पर आया और डायल 112 पर इसकी सूचना दी। विनोद कुमार का आरोप है कि धर्मबीर ने दूसरी बार इस तरह की हरकत की है। वह गांव में सामप्रदायिक झगड़े करवाना चाहता है, क्योंकि इस चौपाल मे मुसलिम समाज ने नमाज पढ़नी शुरू कर दी थी। जिस वजह से चौपाल पर ताला लगा दिया गया था। पुलिस ने शिकायत पर आरोपित धर्मबीर के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है।
