गांव बड़वासनी निवासी बलराज ने 23 अगस्त, 2018 को सदर थाना पुलिस को शिकायत दी थी कि उसका बेटा हरदीप (17) घर से पांच दिन पहले 18 अगस्त, 2018 को बाहर निकला था। वह अपने दोस्तों के पास जाने की बात कहकर गया था। बाद में वह नहीं लौटा।

सोनीपत: सोनीपत की अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश डॉ. संजीव आर्य की अदालत ने साथी का अपहरण कर हत्या करके शव को खुर्द-बुर्द करने के लिए नहर में फेंकने के आरोपी नाबालिग को दोषी करार दिया है। बुधवार को अदालत ने 17 वर्षीय दोषी को दस साल कैद की सजा सुनाई जबकि दूसरे नाबालिग आरोपी की सुनवाई जुवेनाइल कोर्ट में चल रही है।

गांव बड़वासनी निवासी बलराज ने 23 अगस्त, 2018 को सदर थाना पुलिस को शिकायत दी थी कि उसका बेटा हरदीप (17) घर से पांच दिन पहले 18 अगस्त, 2018 को बाहर निकला था। वह अपने दोस्तों के पास जाने की बात कहकर गया था। बाद में वह नहीं लौटा। 28 अगस्त, 2018 को हैदरपुर दिल्ली से मिले किशोर के शव की पहचान हरदीप के रूप में की थी। दो किशोर पर शक जताया था पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए दोनों किशोरों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। दोनों ने पुलिस के सामने हरदीप मर्डर केस से पर्दा उठा दिया था। उनकी हरदीप के साथ कहासुनी हो गई थी। उन्हें हरदीप ने धमकी दी थी कि वह दोनों को मार देगा। उन्होंने इसलिए हरदीप की ही हत्या कर दी। उनकी निशानदेही पर वारदात में प्रयुक्त चाकू व बाइक को बरामद कर लिया गया था। हरदीप को 18 अगस्त को बुलाने के बाद बाइक पर बैठाकर गांव के पास से बह रही नहर पर ले गए थे। वहां उन्होंने वारदात को अंजाम दिया था। मामले में एक आरोपी की आयु 17 वर्ष थी।
एएसजे डॉ. संजीव आर्य की अदालत ने 17 वर्षीय किशोर को सीसीएल (चिल्ड्रेन इन कॉन्फ्लिक्ट विद लॉ) मानते हुए दोषी करार दिया है। अदालत ने उसे दस साल कैद व छह हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है।
