सोनीपत : अदालत की रोक के बाद भी नगरपालिका की जमीन पर अवैध निर्माण
पूर्व नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष सतप्रकाश शर्मा ने जमीन पर हो रहे निर्माण कार्य की वीडियो व शिकायत सचिव को दी औक्र कहा कि इस जमीन का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है। कोर्ट की तरफ से वर्ष 2018 में निर्माण पर रोक लगाई है, लेकिन उसके बावजूद भी प्रतिवादी पक्ष द्वारा बार-बार निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है।

सोनीपत: नगर पालिका गन्नौर के वार्ड 8 लाला गढ़ी में नगर पालिका की विवादास्पद जमीन पर अदालत ने निर्माण कार्य नहीं करने के आदेश दिए थे। प्रतिवादी द्वारा निर्माण कार्य अदालत की अवमानना की जा रही है। वार्ड के लोग नगर पालिका के निवर्तमान चेयरमैन सतप्रकाश शर्मा के नेतृत्व में नप सचिव से मिले निर्माण कार्य बंद कराने की मांग की।
पूर्व नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष सतप्रकाश शर्मा ने जमीन पर हो रहे निर्माण कार्य की वीडियो व शिकायत सचिव को दी औक्र कहा कि इस जमीन का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है। कोर्ट की तरफ से वर्ष 2018 में निर्माण पर रोक लगाई है, लेकिन उसके बावजूद भी प्रतिवादी पक्ष द्वारा बार-बार निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है। नपा द्वारा हर बार काम बंद करवाया जाता है, लेकिन निर्माण कार्य फिर से शुरू कर दिया जाता है।
अदालत के आदेशों की अवहेलना करते हुए निर्माण कार्य किया गया है। अवैध निर्माण करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है। सुंदर लाल, तोताराम, धर्मेंद्र, राजबीर पाल, अरुण, सन्नी, अक्षय, राजेश, नीरज, राकेश आदि शामिल रहे।
नगरपालिका के सचिव प्रदीप खर्ब ने इस संदर्भ में बताया कि वार्ड 8 लाला गढ़ी में नगरपालिका की जमीन का मामला अदालत में विचाराधीन है। जमीन पर अवैध निर्माण करने की शिकायत आई थी। उसके बाद पालिका अभियंता से भी बातचीत की गई और भवन निरीक्षक को मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। निरीक्षण कर उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
