फैज बाजार, जमालपुरा में कई माह से सीवरेज जाम की समस्या चल रही थी, यहां तक कि घरों में सीवरेज का पानी जमा हो गया था, मोहल्ला वासियों ने कई बार नगर निगम में शिकायत की परंतु कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।
सोनीपत: फैज बाजार, जमालपुरा में कई माह से सीवरेज जाम की समस्या चल रही थी, यहां तक कि घरों में सीवरेज का पानी जमा हो गया था, मोहल्ला वासियों ने कई बार नगर निगम में शिकायत की परंतु कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।
पूर्व पार्षद संजय शर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन को मौके पर बुलाकर समस्या से अवगत करवाया। राजीव जैन ने घूम-घूम कर हालात देखें और निगम के कनिष्ठ अभियंता मोहित को उसी समय बुलाकर समस्या का हल करने के निर्देश दिए। अगले ही दिन निगम द्वारा ट्रैक्टर वाली मशीन भेजकर सीवरेज की सफाई करवाई जिस से मोहल्ला वासियों को कुछ राहत मिली।

7056267530मौके पर एकत्रित महिलाओं तथा संजय शर्मा ने बताया कि सीवरेज बार-बार जाम होने के कारण कुमार गेट बिजली शिकायत केंद्र के बाहर सीवरेज के मेनहोल का सड़क के नीचे दब जाना हैं। उनका कहना था कि जब ठेकेदार ने सड़क बनाई तो सीवरेज के मेनहोल दबा दिया इसके कारण सफाई सही ढंग से नहीं हो पाती है। भाजपा नेता राजीव जैन ने ठेकेदार को बुलाकर सड़क की तुड़वाई भी शुरू कर दी, नागरिकों को उम्मीद है कि जल्द ही समस्या का स्थाई समाधान हो जायेगा।
शिकायत करने वालों में पूर्व पार्षद संतोष शर्मा, दर्शना देवी, मीनू वर्मा, बबली, संतोष, सत्या, कमलेश, शकुंतला, मीनाक्षी जैन, आशा जैन, बबीता, कृष्णा, अलका, अन्नू मौजुद थे।
