सोनीपत: एसडीएम कार्यालय में बनवाई गई आरसी 4 महीने बाद भी उपभोक्ता को नहीं मिली

खरखौदा/सोनीपत: एसडीएम कार्यालय में बनवाई गई आरसी 4 महीने बाद भी उपभोक्ता को नहीं मिली। विंडो पर जाकर पूछा तो जवाब मिला स्पीड पोस्ट से भेजी हुई है। स्पीड पोस्ट नंबर भी उपभोक्ता जयभगवान को दिया गया। स्टेटस चेक किया तो फरमाणा दिखाया गया। सिसाना डाकघर में पूछा तो वहां पर भी सूचना नहीं थी। कभी सोनीपत कभी फरमाणा के चक्कर लगाए तो कभी खरखौदा एसडीएम कार्यालय के चक्कर लगाए। कहीं से भी आरसी नहीं मिली। आखिर में फरमाणा डाक विभाग ने कहा कि उनकी आरसी गुम हो गई है, वो अपनी डूप्लीकेट आरसी बनवा ले। इस तरह से पिछले चार महीने से उपभोक्ता चक्कर काट रहा है। एक महीने पहले मामले की शिकायत सीएम विंडो में दी थी। लेकिन अभी तक समाधान नहीं हुआ। जिसके बाद अब एसडीएम कार्यालय व डाक विभाग के खिलाफ मामले की शिकायत उपभोक्ता अदालत में करने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
सिसाना गांव के रहने वाले जयभगवान ने एक सेंट्रों कार खरीदी थी, जिसकी आरसी उन्होंने खरखौदा एसडीएम कार्यालय में बनाई गई और उपभोक्ता को देने के बजाय उसे घर के एड्रेस पर भेज दी। जो की स्पीड पोस्ट से भेजी गई। डाक विभाग की तरफ से यह आर्टीकल गुम हो गया है। लेकिन अब समस्या ये है कि जयभगवान कभी सिसाना डाकघर तो कभी फरमाणा डाकघर के चक्कर लगा रहा है। जिसका अभी तक कोई समाधान नही हुआ है। जय भगवान का कहना है कि कई चक्कर काटने के बाद फरमाणा डाकघर के कर्मचारियों ने एक लेटर लिखा जिस पर डाक विभाग की मुहर लगाई और एसडीएम से अपील की है कि डूप्लीकेट आरसी निकाल दे। लेकिन डूप्लीकेट आरसी की करीब 600 रुपए फीस कौन देगा।
जबकि गलती डाक विभाग की है। इस संदर्भ में अब सीएम विंडों में भी शिकायत दी गई है जो सोनीपत डाक विभाग में पिछले करीब एक महीने से पहुंची हुई है, जो वहां पर रूकी पड़ी है। परेशान होकर जयभगवान ने अब उपभोक्ता अदालत में केस डालने का फैसला लिया है। जयभगवान का कहना है कि आरसी न होने के कारण उसकी हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट नहीं बन रही, जिसके कारण उसका चालान भी कट गया है। इसकी शिकायत एसडीएम को भी दी गई है। लेकिन समस्या का अभी तक कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ है।
मामला अभी उनके संज्ञान में आया है। स्पीड पोस्ट का आर्टीकल कैसे गुम हुआ, किसी लापरवाही हुई है। इसकी जांच की जा रही है। इसके बाद जरूरी हुआ तो संबंधित पर विभागीय कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी। पीडित को न्याय दिलाया जाएगा।
