300 नई नौकरियों को पोर्टल पर दैनिक आधार पर पोस्ट किया गया

1 जून से 30 जून के बीच कुल 34,212 नौकरी चाहने वालों को पंजीकृत किया गया और 9,522 नई रिक्तियों को पोस्ट किया गया। नौकरी चाहने वालों और नियोक्ताओं के बीच औसतन 2,500 कनेक्शन हर दिन व्हाट्सएप, फोन कॉल और नियोक्ताओं के लिए सीधे आवेदन के माध्यम से किए गए थे। एक सरकारी प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि जून में नौकरी चाहने वालों और नियोक्ताओं के बीच कुल मिलाकर 75,000 कनेक्शन किए गए। गुरुवार तक, अधिकतम उपलब्ध रिक्तियों वाले शीर्ष तीन क्षेत्र ग्राहक सहायता, वितरण अधिकारी और बिक्री और व्यवसाय विकास थे। मोटे तौर पर लगभग आधी रिक्तियां (45%) फ्रेशर्स के लिए उपलब्ध थीं। लिंग वितरण के संदर्भ में, लगभग 41% नौकरियां सभी के लिए खुली थीं, जबकि 36% केवल पुरुषों के लिए थीं, और 23% महिलाओं के लिए थीं।

रोजगार बाजार पर पूर्णकालिक नौकरी के साथ-साथ अंशकालिक और घर से काम करने के विकल्प भी उपलब्ध हैं। पिछले साल 27 जुलाई से 4 नवंबर के बीच, पोर्टल में 1.25 मिलियन से अधिक नौकरी चाहने वाले थे, जबकि कम से कम 44,440 नियोक्ता पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत थे और 826,603 नौकरी के अवसर थे। पिछले साल नवंबर में, दिल्ली सरकार ने नौकरी चाहने वालों से कथित तौर पर पैसे मांगने के लिए पोर्टल से कम से कम 207 पंजीकृत नियोक्ताओं को ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया था, जिनसे उन्होंने मंच के माध्यम से संपर्क किया था।
