केरल सरकार ने किया पहले ही बजट में धमाका: केरल ने 20,000 करोड़ रुपये के दूसरे कोविड पैकेज की घोषणा की
केरल के वित्त मंत्री केएन बालागोपाल ने मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन की दूसरी सरकार के पहले बजट को शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में पेश किया और कोविड-19 की दूसरी लहर से पैदा हुए संकट से निपटने के लिए 20,000 करोड़ रुपये के पैकेज की घोषणा की।
एसएस न्यूज.तिरुवनंतपुरम। केरल के वित्त मंत्री केएन बालागोपाल ने मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन की दूसरी सरकार के पहले बजट को शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में पेश किया और कोविड-19 की दूसरी लहर से पैदा हुए संकट से निपटने के लिए 20,000 करोड़ रुपये के पैकेज की घोषणा की। वित्तीय पैकेज के अलावा, उन्होंने 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के सभी लोगों के निशुल्क टीकाकरण के लिए 1,000 करोड़ रुपये देने की घोषणा भी की।
उन्होंने कहा कि निशुल्क टीकाकरण के लिए आवश्यक उपकरण और सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे।पूर्व सरकार ने 20,000 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए थे जिसका पूरा इस्तेमाल वैश्विक महामारी से निपटने के लिए किया गया।
वित्त मंत्री ने कहा, ‘‘ अब कोविड-19 के लिए दूसरे 20,000 करोड़ पैकेज की घोषणा की गई है।’’
मंत्री ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि नया बजट सभी के लिए स्वास्थ्य और भोजन सुनिश्चित करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वैश्विक महामारी के असर को कम करने और यह सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा कि राज्य में संक्रमण की तीसरी लहर ना आए।
उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘ हम वैश्विक महामारी की तीसरी तहर पर चर्चा करेंगे। मौजूदा स्वास्थ्य आपात स्थिति राज्य की विकास संभावनाओं के लिए एक चुनौती है।’’
बजट में तटीय क्षेत्रों के लिए एक पुनरुद्धार पैकेज की भी घोषणा की गई। तटीय क्षेत्रों में हाल ही में समुद्री घुसपैठ और लगातार बारिश के कारण काफी तबाही हुई है। बालगोपाल ने 2021-22 वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए पूर्व वित्त मंत्री टीएम थॉमस इसाक द्वारा 15 जनवरी को प्रस्तुत पूर्ण बजट में कुछ आवश्यक परिवर्तनों के साथ एक ‘‘संशोधित बजट’’ पेश किया है।
