दिव्य एयर प्रोडक्ट लिमिटिड कंपनी पर ऑक्सीजन गैस के लिए लोगों की बढती भीड़ को देखते हुए वहां पर 200 मीटर के क्षेत्र में कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए जिलाधीश अशोक कुमार बंसल ने भारतीय दण्ड संहिता 1973 की धारा 22(1) तथा 23 (2) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ड्यूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त किए हैं।
