नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: यूक्रेन के खिलाफ हमले के बीच रूस ने शनिवार को नागरिकों के लिए मानवीय गलियारे खोलने के लिए दो क्षेत्रों में संघर्ष विराम की घोषणा की। रूसी राज्य मीडिया आउटलेट स्पुतनिक ने बताया कि मंत्रालय ने सूचित किया कि मानवीय गलियारों और निकास मार्गों पर यूक्रेनी पक्ष के साथ सहमति व्यक्त की गई है।

कीव इंडिपेंडेंट ने बताया कि मानवीय गलियारों को स्थापित करने के लिए मारियुपोल और वोल्नोवाखा में अस्थायी युद्धविराम शुरू हुआ। यह गलियारा नागरिकों को निकालने और दुनिया से कटे हुए शहरों में भोजन और दवा पहुंचाने का काम करेगा।
समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई ने बताया कि इससे पहले रूस ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद को सूचित किया था कि रूसी बसें पूर्वी यूक्रेन के खार्किव और सुमी शहरों में फंसे भारतीय छात्रों और अन्य विदेशी नागरिकों को निकालने के लिए क्रॉसिंग पॉइंट पर तैयार हैं। 15-राष्ट्र परिषद ने शुक्रवार को एक आपातकालीन सत्र आयोजित किया, जिसे अल्बानिया, फ्रांस, आयरलैंड, नॉर्वे, यूनाइटेड किंगडम और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका द्वारा बुलाया गया, यूक्रेन के ज़ापोरिज्ज्या परमाणु ऊर्जा संयंत्र पर रूस के हमले के बाद, यूरोप में सबसे बड़ा।

उधर, विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अरिंदम बागची ने कहा था कि भारत को भारतीय छात्रों को लेकर किसी बंधक स्थिति की कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं मिली है। वह यूक्रेन में भारतीय छात्रों को बंधक बनाए जाने की खबरों का जवाब दे रहे थे। इस बीच, शरणार्थियों के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र के उच्चायुक्त के अनुसार, 24 फरवरी को रूसी आक्रमण शुरू होने के बाद से 12 लाख से अधिक शरणार्थी यूक्रेन छोड़ चुके हैं।
1,209,976 शरणार्थी जो भाग गए हैं, उनमें से आधे से अधिक पोलैंड में चले गए। अन्य अन्य पड़ोसी देशों जैसे हंगरी, स्लोवाकिया, मोल्दोवा और रोमानिया में गए।
