मुलाना थाना के एएसआई मंजीत सिंह ने पुलिस को बताया कि वह मुलाना थाना में दर्ज एक मुकदमे के मामले में एचसी कंवलजीत, होमगार्ड मुकेश व सीमा रानी के साथ निजी इनोवा गाड़ी लेकर गांव नसीरपुर में काला प्रोइटर डेयरी संचालक राजकुमार उर्फ काला की तलाश में आए थे। आरोपी काला तफ्तीश में को शामिल होने को कहा तो वह तैयार हो गया। उसे गाड़ी में बैठने को कहा तो वह तथा उसके साथी गाली-गलौच करते हुए हाथापाई करने को तैयार हो गए। होमगार्ड सीमा ने अपने मोबाइल से वीडियो बनाया। एक युवक ने सीमा के हाथ पर डंडा मारकर उसका मोबाइल फोन छीन लिया। काला के दो बेटे, दो बेटियां व पत्नी उसके साथियों व परिवार वालों ने डंडों व कस्सियों से पुलिस टीम पर हमला कर दिया। कंवलजीत व मुकेश पर हमला किया तो वह बचने के लिए गाड़ी की तरफ भागे। मुकल नाम के युवक ने गाड़ी के आगे व पीछे दोनों तरफ से शीशे तोड़ दिए। साथ ही जब वह राजकुमार को गिरफ्तार करने लगे तो उसके चारों बेटा-बेटियों, मुकल, उमेद, रणबीर, राजकुमार के सेवादार बहरा व 7-8 अन्य लोगों ने पुलिस टीम से मारपीट कर राजकुमार को भगा दिया। बाद में अन्य पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंची तो आरोपी भाग गए। पुलिस ने मामले में मंजीत के बयान पर सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।

राई, थाना प्रभारी, बिजेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि मुलाना थाना की टीम ने डेयरी संचालक, उसके परिजनों व साथियों पर सरकारी काम में बाधा पहुंचाने, मोबाइल छीनने, हमला करने सहित कई आरोप लगाए हैं। मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले की जांच कर ठोस कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
