एसएस न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में अहम योगदान देने वाले विनायक दामोदर सावरकर की जयंती पर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। मोदी ने ट्वीट किया, ‘‘आजादी की लड़ाई के महान सेनानी और प्रखर राष्ट्रभक्त वीर सावरकर को उनकी जयंती पर कोटि-कोटि नमन।’’ सावरकर का जन्म 28 मई 1883 को नासिक के भगूर गांव में हुआ। 1937 में वह हिन्दू महासभा के अध्यक्ष भी चुने गए थे। उन्हें वीर सावरकर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।
आजादी की लड़ाई के महान सेनानी और प्रखर राष्ट्रभक्त वीर सावरकर को उनकी जयंती पर कोटि-कोटि नमन।
