पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी की सेहत पिछले कुछ दिनों से सुधार देखा गया था। लेकिन बुधवार को उनकी सेहत में गिरावट देखी गई आर्मी अस्पताल की ओर से जानकारी दी गई है कि उनके फेफड़ों में संक्रमण के लक्षण दिखाई दिए हैं। आपको बता दें कि 10 अगस्त को पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी की ब्रेन सर्जरी की गई थी। उनके ब्रेन एक छक्का सा बन गया था। जिसे निकाल दिया गया है साथ ही वह कोरोनावायरस से भी पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं। तभी से उन्हें वेंटिलेटर के सपोर्ट पर रखा गया है.

उनके बेटे अभिजीत मुखर्जी ने यह बताया कि उनके पिता की हालत में सुधार आ रहा है। लेकिन बुधवार से अस्पताल की ओर से जारी किए गए बयान में कहा गया कि उनके फेफड़ों में संक्रमण होने की बात सामने आई है। आर्मी रिसर्च एंड रेफरल अस्पताल की ओर से जारी किए गए बयान में प्रणब मुखर्जी की मेडिकल कंडीशन में लगातार गिरावट देखी जा रही है। क्योंकि उनके फेफड़ों में संक्रमण के लक्षण दिखाई दे रहे हैं और वह वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट पर बने हुए हैं, और विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम उनकी पूरी देखरेख में लगी हुई है।
