अध्यादेश किसानों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए सराहनीय कदम: छौक्कर

भाजपा किसान मोर्चा सोनीपत के जिला अध्यक्ष निशांत छौक्कर ने कहा है कि सरकार ने किसानों की आर्थिक आज़ादी देने के लिये बाजार खेाला है। यह अध्यादेश किसान भाइयों को उत्पाद देश भर में कहीं भी बेचने का अवसर देते हैं। हम सरकार धन्यवाद करते हैं। यह किसानों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए उठाया गया सराहनीय कदम है ।
वे पत्रकारों के साथ बात कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुबंध खेती के नियम किसान हित में बनाए। ई- रजिस्ट्री में सारा लेखा जोखा होगा, व्यवसायी अपनी शर्तों से भाग नहीं सकेगा। कोई भी व्यवसायी अनुबंध खेती की आड़ में किसानों की ज़मीन नहीं ले सकेगा, एक बार अधिक धन देकर उसके चुकाने की एवज़ में हमसे बंधुआ खेती नहीं करा सकेगा, हमारे खेत यदि ट्यूबवेल व पोली हाउस जैसी ढांचा खड़ा कराता है तो वह अनुबंध के बाद निश्चित समय के भीतर उसे नहीं हटाता है, तो किसान उसका मालिक होगा। छौक्कर ने कहा कि इन अध्यादेशों में कृषि व्यापार फल फूल सके, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम में छूट दी है। फल सब्ज़ी के दाम दुगनी व खाद्यान्नों, दलहन व तिलहन के दाम डेढ़ गुणा होने पर इस शर्त का प्रतिबंध लगा कर की सरकार पुन: अधिकार ले लेगी, काला बाज़ारी रोकने व उपभोक्ता को भी सुरक्षित करने का काम किया है ।
राजनीति के लालची कांग्रेसियों ने भ्रम फैलना प्रारम्भ कर दिया है कि एमएसपी नहीं मिलेगा जबकि यह यथावत जारी रहेगी ।
खरीद मंडियों के अंदर होगी, पर्याप्त ढांचागत सुविधायें मंडियों में ही है। इस मौके पर प्रगतिशील किसान साथी अमित सरोहा, नितेश त्यागी, दर्शन सैनी उपस्थित रहे।
