केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय एवं आधिकारिता राज्यमंत्री कृष्णपाल गुर्जर ने कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के अद्वितीय व्यक्तित्व, दूरदृष्टि, राष्ट्र चिंतन और सकारात्मक प्रयोगों से पिछले छह वर्षाे में देश के नई उन्नति की ओर अग्रसर है। आज हर क्षेत्र में एक नए भारत का उदय हो रहा है, इसी क्रम में प्रधानमंत्री के द्वारा देश के अन्नदाताओं के हितों के लिए आजादी के बाद पहली बार अध्यादेश लाने का संकल्प लिया गया है परंतु विपक्ष के द्वारा यह भ्रम फैलाया जा रहा है कि इस अध्यादेश के आने से मंडी व्यवस्था खत्म हो जाएगी।गुर्जर आज अपने सेक्टर-28 स्थित कार्यालय पर पत्रकारों से बातचीत कर रहे थे। गुर्जर ने कहा कि इस अध्यादेश से किसी तरह की जमाखोरी नहीं बढ़ेगी और सरकार का पूरा नियंत्रण रहेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी ऐसी वस्तु की जमाखोरी नहीं करने दी जाएगी, जिसकी उपलब्धता बाजार में कम हो गई है, अगर ऐसा होता है तो इसके पूरे भंडारण को सरकार अपने अधिकार में ले सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह किसानों की आर्थिक आजादी के लिए उठाया गया सही कदम है, किसान अपने उत्पाद को स्थानीय स्तर पर बेचें, चाहे प्रदेश स्तर पर बेचें या पूरे देश में कहीं भी बेचे उनके लिए सारे विकल्प खोल दिए है, इससे पहले यह सुविधा केवल उद्योगपतियों को ही प्राप्त थे। केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इन अध्यादेशों में कहीं भी ऐसा कोई जिक्र नहीं है कि किसान के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर फसल नहीं बिकेगी, जो विपक्ष के द्वारा झूठी अफवाहें फैलाई जा रही है। किसान अगर चाहे तो मंडी में एमएसपी पर अपनी फसल को बेच सकता है, अगर उसको मंडी से बार एमएसपी से अधिक मूल्य मिल रहा है तो वह वहां बेचने के लिए स्वतंत्र है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अध्यादेश पूरी तरह से किसानों के हितों के लिए लाया गया है और आने वाले दिनों में यह उनकी आर्थिक दशा और दिशा बदलने में क्रांतिकारी साबित होगा।
