फरीदाबाद में कोरोना : कोविड मृतकों के परिजनों को सरकार देगी 50 हजार रुपए की अनुग्रह सहायता: उपायुक्त जितेंद्र यादव
उपायुक्त जितेंद्र यादव ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आर्थिक सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए कोविड-19 के कारण मृतक मरीज के परिजनों को अंत्योदय सरल पोर्टल और पीडि़त परिवार द्वारा ऑनलाइन जानकारी दर्ज करनी होगी।

- आवेदन के साथ लगानी होगी मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र व कोविड पॉजिटिव रिपोर्ट की प्रति
फरीदाबाद: उपायुक्त जितेंद्र यादव ने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार ने राज्य में कोविड-19 के कारण हुई मृत्यु के मामलों में मृतक के परिजन को 50,000 रुपए की अनुग्रह सहायता प्रदान करने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए आवेदक को अंत्योदय सरल पोर्टल https://saralharyana.gov.in/ पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा।
उपायुक्त जितेंद्र यादव ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आर्थिक सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए कोविड-19 के कारण मृतक मरीज के परिजनों को अंत्योदय सरल पोर्टल और पीडि़त परिवार द्वारा ऑनलाइन जानकारी दर्ज करनी होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा इस सेवा को परिवार पहचान पत्र से एकीकृत करके विकसित किया गया है। आवेदक को अपने आवेदन के साथ मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र व कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव रिपोर्ट की एक-एक प्रति लगानी होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि आवेदन करने के 30 दिनों के अंदर आवेदन दावों का निपटारा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि उपायुक्त-सह-अध्यक्ष द्वारा सत्यापन करने के उपरांत ही अनुग्रह राशि आवेदक को जारी की जाएगी। इस विषय में शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए जिला स्तर पर शिकायत निवारण समिति का गठन किया गया है। पीडि़त व्यक्ति अपनी शिकायत उपायुक्त व अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त कार्यालय में दे सकते हैं।
आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया
आवेदक अपना आवेदन अंत्योदय सरल पोर्टल https://saralharyana.gov.in/ पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन सेवा Ex–Gratia Assistance to next of kin of the deceased by COVID – 19 या https://saralharyana.gov.in/directApply.do?serviceId=1674 के माध्यम से जमा कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने के लिए पोर्टल पर मोबाइल/कंप्यूटर से ओटीपी दर्ज करने उपरांत दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करना होगा।
