चीन को हुआ बड़ा नुकसान, रेलवे ने 44 वंदे भारत ट्रेनों के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव किया रद्द

आज भारत ने 44 हाई स्पीड (High Speed) “वंदे भारत” ट्रेनों केबनाने के प्रस्ताव को रद्द कर दिया है। रेल मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार देर रात इसकी यह जानकारी दी। रेल मंत्रालय ने कहा कि वह एक हफ्ते के भीतर नए प्रस्ताव जारी करेगी और केंद्र सरकार के ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ कार्यक्रम को प्राथमिकता देंगे। भारत सरकार की ओर से प्रस्ताव को रद्द किए जाने इस कदम से चीन के लिए बड़ा नुकसान माना जा रहा है क्योेंकि 44 हाई स्पीड ट्रेन की आपूर्ति के लिए 6 दावेदार थे ,जिसमे चीनी संयुक्त उद्यम सीआरआरसी पॉयनियर इलेक्ट्रिक (इंडिया) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड अकेली विदेशी कंपनी थी जो बोली के रूप में सामने आई थी।
रेल मंत्रालय ने अपने उस ट्वीट में कहा, ”44 सेमी-हाई स्पीड ट्रेनों (वंदे भारत) के निर्माण के प्रस्ताव को रद्द करदिया गया है। संशोधित सार्वजनिक खरीद (‘मेक इन इंडिया” को प्राथमिकता ) आर्डर के तहत एक सप्ताह के अंदर नए प्रस्ताव आमंत्रित की जाएगी। ”
Tender for manufacturing of 44 nos of semi high speed train sets (Vande Bharat) has been cancelled.
Fresh tender will be floated within a week as per Revised Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) order.

सीआरआरसी पॉयनियर इलेक्ट्रिक (इंडिया) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, चीन की सीआरआरसी योंगी इलेक्ट्रिक लिमिडेट और गुरुग्राम में कंपनी पॉयनियर एफआईएल-मेड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड का मिलाजुला कारोबार है। जो साल 2015 स्थापित हुआ था।
भारतीय कंपनी को दिया टेंडर
रेलवे यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहता है कि यह प्रस्ताव किसी भारतीय कंपनी को दिया जाए और जैसे ही हमे पता चला कि चीनी संयुक्त उद्यम इस परियोजना की दौड़ में सबसे आगे था। इस प्रस्ताव को हमने रद्द कर दिया।
भारतीय रेलवे की चेन्नई में स्थित इंटीग्रल कोच फैक्टरी ने 10 जुलाई को प्रस्ताव जारी किया था। रेल मंत्रालय के अनुसार , चीन की संयुक्त उद्यम के अलावा और पांच बोली लगाने वालो में भारत हैवी इलेक्ट्रिकल्स लिमिटेड, भारत इंडस्ट्रीज, इलेक्ट्रोवेव्स इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, मेधा सेर्वो ड्राइवस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और पावरनेटिक्स एक्विप्मेंट इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड भी शामिल थे।
